The only complaint I have was the AC in our room wasn’t working as it should. Couldn’t get the room down to a cool sleeping temperature. Other than that everything else was just fine. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

I don’t know it was a good experience

One of the nicer hotels we have stayed at in Indianapolis. W e will definitely stay there again.

The lobby is lovely, property was clean and well-maintained, staff was friendly and helpful. I had a nice meal in the lounge and took the shuttle to the airport.

They gave my room away and told me I had to settle for a single bed and pullout. When I asked for linens for the pullout they said they can only provide a cover sheet and blanket and single pillow - no comforter. It was very uncomfortable. No discount or reduced rate offered for them overbooking the hotel. Not at all pleased with the stay.

Very nice restaurant

We had our flights cancelled and just needed somewhere close to stay, we booked this hotel because of the reviews but I didn't find it that good, the rooms were dark and had no windows, the glass doors were on the ground floor and people walking in the lobby could see in so had to leave curtains closed. The photos showed a swimming pool but they don't have one and the TV in the room is not a smart TV so we couldn't watch Netflix. The bed was amazing and the service was excellent as well. They also have a 24hr shop that you can buy food from at any time of the day or night so that's helpful.

Clean rooms

The first day we arrived, the room was very clean. The next day our room wasn't cleaned until after 6:30 pm. So we, basically, went 2 days without cleaning. We saw the maid cleaning the room next door, and asked her to please at least give us new towels. She cleaned the room, gave us fresh towels and did an excellent job. The toilet paper and tissues were single ply. I did not expect that from a hotel that is rated so high and is very expensive.

Staff, room, and food was excellent. Very clean hotel. There was a shuttle to take us to the airport at 5:00 am on the day our flight was leaving. We will stay here again. No complaints.

Stayed there 2 different nights in the same week at the beginning and end of a trip. Location and airport shuttle are very convenient. First room I had was nice. The room on my return seemed smaller, dated, and in need of a remodel. Friendly staff. Decent value for a reasonable cost.
