WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! We booked a room here on Hotels.com. We booked for 5 people 2 Adults and 3 Kids to stay for 3 nights. The room description said that it slept 5 people 2 Queen beds and a small pull out couch! My wife checked us in and we got to the room and it is barely smaller than a Microtel Room we stayed in once in Kentucky! There are on ly 2 beds that would barely qualify as Queen size. No pullout couch! I called the front desk and they told me that our room is only for 4 people! I said then why did you put 5 people in this room for 4? She seemed very confused! I told her that on our booking it showed a picture of a pull out couch in the room we booked. She said the “Deluxe” rooms only have Queen beds and that the Suites sleep 5 and have the pull out couch. I asked if they had any of those available and she said no! She did offer another aditional room with a King bed and pull out couch but we would have to pay for it! I hung up. After that I wanted to get some ice so I took the lid off the Ice Bucket and the cleaning people decided to use it as a trash can and not empty it! So I had to go down to the front desk to get another one. We also had to get an extra pillow because this room for 5 only had 4 pillows. We are also needing to get Towels, wash cloths, and hand towels as there were only 2 big towels, no hand towels, and 2 wash cloths for us!!!! This is just a terrible experience!!!

The best thing about the place is the comfort of the bed, though the sheets and coverlet had stains on them. The place smelled of Febreze and not in a good way, over intoxicating. The staff was polite not hospitable.

The hotel was horrible. The rooms were not clean, it smelled horrible. There were stains on the sheets. The elevator was scratched up. The door had duct tape on it. The carpet was dirty.

The front desk person was rude and was outside talking to someone in a car when I arrived. After I checked in she went back outside. I went to the room the linen on the bed had stains in it. The towels had stains on them. The room smell liked cigarettes. The television was hanging off the wall. There were crumbs on the floor. I went to address my concerns to the front desk person she was sitting on the couch on her phone. I let her know how the room was and asked if she had any other rooms or can I upgrade my room. She immediately said no and proceeded to talk on the phone I then said excuse me and asked are you all booked or they not clean. She said they not clean so I asked how long before one is available she then told me check with her in about 3 hours and she will let me know if one’s available at that time. Then she continued to have her conversation on the phone. I’ve never had such horrible service in my life. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family ever. To spend $157 dollars for one night and have that type of service is ridiculous.

Old property and it’s showing its age! It’s really not in good condition! Breakfast was crazy bad. Nothing was stocked. The “orange juice “ literally was tang. No sweater for the coffee. No fresh fruit. The staff was just not motivated to even help you.

Do not stay here if you value clean air, well kept hotels or clean hotels. This place has such a strong smell of marajuana, bleach and toxic air "fresheners." Also did not feel like a safe place to be. I had to leave an hour after I checked in-- I just couldn't do it.

The front desk was nice, the room had a weird smell, the filter from the AC was dirty. The bed sheets weren’t changed they just made the beds & the pillow cases had some stains. The AC wasn’t working

Dear La Quinta Management,I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. My experience was unacceptable from the moment I arrived and fell far below the level of service and cleanliness I expected.When checking in, the front desk employee was very rude while providing our room keys. Instead of being greeted with courtesy and professionalism, we were met with an unwelcoming attitude that immediately made us feel uncomfortable and undervalued as guests.Once we entered our room, the problems only continued. There appeared to be mold growing in the bathroom, which is both unsanitary and a potential health hazard. The carpet also had stains that looked like dried blood, leaving the room feeling dirty and poorly maintained.Even more concerning, I found broken glass behind the bed. This posed a serious safety risk and should never be overlooked during routine housekeeping or room inspections. It was alarming to discover such a dangerous hazard in a room that had supposedly been cleaned and prepared for guests.Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. Between the rude treatment at the front desk, the unsanitary conditions, and the safety concerns, I was left with a very negative impression of your hotel. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on my experience.I ask that you take this complaint seriously, investigate these issues, and explain what steps will be taken to improve both your customer service and Housekeeping Thank you

No shampoo and soap in bathroom. Seems not enough pillows on bed. Bed sheet has stains. Not a very pleasant stay

The room was not clean. The carpets knees to be cleaned. The bathtub drained slow and it had debris in it. The door didn’t close without having to slam it. The entire hallway and elevator had a bad odor. When booking the room, it stated it slept 5 people but there were only two queen beds.

The rooms were clean, and all the amenities were there. A baggage dolly was available at all times. I found the room setup very functional and accommodating. The large lit mirror above the sink is excellent, and placing this setup outside of the bathroom works very well. The outside driveway and the surrounding area need to be repaved after filling some potholes. The refrigerator that was in place should be defrosted in the freezer section. The bathroom tub has a slight dip in the middle that allows water to remain there and not drain, leaving the water to cool and making it uncomfortable when one steps into the tub.

It was clean and the tub was a nice plus, this was a nice splurge that saved a little being by a little older and near the airport/out of the city
