Comfy and budget friendly!

Rooms were old. Staff was not friendly. Beds were hard.

Breakfast could use some help to keep up with the amount of guest eating. And guess we’re continuously, waiting in line with large families to be fed and replenished food.

Great location , friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

The room was very very clean. The staff was very cordial and polite. The breakfast was nice and there was ample parking.

Maria prepared/served breakfast, great job. The gal at the desk (Aeryl ?) was the rudest we have EVER encountered. Rooms now look like a ghetto with blackened tracks on the carpet, patched/cracked hollow-core interior doors, graffiti in the elevator, etc. We will never stay at this hotel again.

needed a quick room after a fiasco at Hotel 39, and the front desk was very sweet and helpful. did the job for a quick one night stay!

Breakfast don´t offer good options, problems with clean

I will never stay here again! This property is in a sketchy area where there are a bunch of random folks hanging out around and in the parking lot. Our room was not cleaned properly and smelled horrible.

It was very disappointing to say the least.

Had a difficult time sleeping. Felt like bugs were crawling over me at night. Room smell and pillows as well. Shower showed long hairs on the wall. Talked to the front desk and manager to let them know about te issues.

The front desk lady, forgot her name. She was fantastic, very professional and very nice. I would stay here because of the friendly staff. Thank you!!

The staff was not friendly or helpful. We have been going to this same hotel for about 10 years and it has gone down. Doesn’t seem like they are trying to upkeep the hotel. Room was filthy and we had to wait to get switched to a different room.

The bathtub was broken, there was no hot water, and the carpet smelled dirty and smoky even though it was a non‑smoking room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When we called the manager to address these issues, she hung up on us and told us to leave and find another place.

From the start it was not a good experience. Staff did not interact with me in a joyful manner. The room was not clean, carpets smelled and were stained. The sofa was stained. Bathroom was moldy . Totally outdated. The place is sketchy!! Breakfast was minimal at best. Area is too small for that big of a property. The housekeepers were more welcoming than the front desk. They were all sweet and very welcoming. Their smiling faces and kind words were the best part of this place. Comfort Inn needs to do better for their patrons!!
