Hotel 39 Westminster

Basically no problems. It was fine as a modestly priced property

Pro: Room looked and smelled clean. Good location with tons of restaurants near by. Easy check-in with plenty of parking. Con: We were in a room that was street side and oh boy was it loud. I swear every motorcyclist and car with an exhaust mod drove down Beach Blvd as fast as they could all night long. If traffic noise doesn't bother you then this a great place to stay for the price.

Whoever wrote the previous reviews obviously works at the hotel. This place is disgusting, unsafe, and touches other businesses in a rundown strip mall. one side has a tattoo shop, liquor, store and bar and the hotel is just right next to it. The photos are obviously AI and touched up as the true condition is not what’s on the photos. they also had construction going with so many workers walking around with a bunch of hotel room doors just flung open. DO NOT STAY HEREZ ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS.

Interesting location, limited parking, walls were dirty, furniture was dirty. Bed was clean. Got confused as different guest. Good price though.

Didn’t expect that nice room with the price. I booked it the last minute so the price is a bit higher than usual, but still on my budget. Room’s clean and looks exactly like in picture. Bathroom is just okay tho. Def come back!

Great for the price and location. Just don’t expect a luxury hotel, more of a place to sleep and shower.

The room was clean when I arrived and cleaned everyday while I was out around the city. Staff was amazing. Check in and out was simple and quick.

Have stayed here many times. Wish they can change their policy on the deposit to option of card or cash because banks sometimes take a couple of days for deposit to be credited and that 150$ that I can use.

The room was clean and comfortable. The outside not so clean but does have good customer service.

Not in the nicest part of town but considering the room was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. Would recommend it you are looking for a affordable place and are willing to look past the cover. Pool was also decent, nice to have after the hot day. Air conditioner worked great and shower had good water pressure.

This place is a great value. The rooms are spacious and the staff friendly. I was very comfortable the whole week that I stayed here.
