A clean and convenient no-frills budget motel in Huntington Beach. We did not have any issues with traffic noise. Ample parking, close to the beach strip, and friendly check-in staff. Bed is on the softer side.

Good value for the price. 10 minute drive to the pier. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity.

Great place to stay! The room was very clean, and the pillows were soft and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The location was excellent—only about a 6-minute drive to Huntington Beach. Having a Walmart nearby was very convenient, and there were plenty of restaurants and places to eat in the area. For the price, you really can't beat the value and proximity to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

I really wanted to like this place as it’s clearly run by locals and very close to the beach. However we won’t be back. First the room smelled very strongly of cleaning agents. No problem, We simply left the windows open to air it out. then it became apparent that it was once a smoking room. So the scent of years of smoking lingers. I was highly allergic to whatever they were using to clean the sheets. I itched so bad that I checked for bugs (there were none) and I ended up sleeping in my jacket, taking a Benadryl and finally went to the store and purchased new sheets to sleep in the next day. The bathroom counter was also falling off the wall. Outside of that, the location is good and near just about anything you want. The place is clean and the people are nice. Just not for me

Extremely low relative rates for the area. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, good TV. Will definitely book this place again.

Clean and affordable place to stay. One thing that could be improved is the noise in the morning from doors slamming and people outside.

This is a good affordable motell friendly staff quiet clean room updated right next to in n out snd Walmart 15 mins from beach will stay again

Our room was not smoke free which was my biggest deal breaker. it seem to have a lot of smoke damage, very noticeable yellow stained walls. Room Next to a mechanical room , big bummer . Front Door had a gap that light and odors will penetrate. A lot of cigarette butts and I am assuming that how all that smoke enters thru door and ac. Staff was sweet and gave me febreeze. Room was cleaned but very unfortunate for the cigarette

The beddings were dirty ! Smelled like big time cigarettes , but the receptionists was pretty helpful had a hard time bc the name did not match with the reservation made , he was patient and helpful !

The room was very clean, there was plenty of parking and in n out was right next door perfect

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Next time we visit the area, we will be staying here!
