The rooms were clean. The staff was pleasant. However, the main elevator wasn’t working, the ice machine wasn’t working, and the guest laundry wasn’t working. Other than that, all was good

Not worth the dollars

During my recent visit for a tennis tournament, I found this hotel to be exceptionally convenient. My only reservation concerned the breakfast offering, which I felt did not justify its cost given the quality. Otherwise, my stay was very pleasant.

This hotel is very well kept. The room we were in was clean and the bed is very comfortable. I was also impressed that they have hand wash in the bathroom because I usually have to pack my own. Over all, I strongly recommend this hotel if you're stopping in the area.

Room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, quiet room, overall nice stay, we got in after midnight and the shower handle was stripped out and couldn’t get water on, found a way to make it work the next morning, but wished someone would have identified the problem and fixed it before we arrived, I would stay again some things just happen and can’t be helped I guess

The facility was clean. Rooms were very nice. Comfortable beds. "Hot breakfast" was skimpy with 2 items which were dry and overcooked. Did have waffles and cold cereal (no milk). Person managing breakfast was not friendly.

This stay was awful. The first room I had the door didn't lock. None of the key cards worked (maybe an issue with the machine) so a staff member had to let us back in the room every time we wanted to leave. The bathroom, though it looked clean, had a horrible rancid smell.

Front desk staff promptly provided our towel requests and plunger We booked through Booking.com and paid for our booking three days before we checked in,! On the night I checked in (we stayed for a weekend.) the guy checking us in was super busy and asked for a card and I just assumed it was for incidentals. We wake up Saturday morning and see that there is a $309 hold from the hotel!We paid 274 through booking. I had my receipt days prior and bank had already released it. So the 309 hold we knew was from hotel trying to double charge usI. I spoke with several front desk guys and they were all super nice they could see the issue and that it was an accident on their behalf. They said it was gonna be taken care of but they couldn’t fix it till we checked out. This morning as I was checking out the lady who checked us out said that they did not get the money from booking ( wrong) so I showed her my receipt so then her demenor changed but we get our receipt and she made sure she charged us $36 for what Idk i guess she wanted us to pay her rate? I don’t think they should use third-party booking if they’re not gonna honor it and try to save people don’t pay for it I’ve never had this problem with booking before with a third party and we travel a-lot for sports! Other than this we stay was decent, hotel was clean and all other staff were friendly and attentive!

Convenient location. Room was clean. However, there were several maintenance items which could have been addressed. Breakfast is not included in the cost of the room. It would be one thing if the breakfast was elevated in some way from the typical continental breakfast option, but I don't personally see the value in charging $10 for a mediocre breakfast.
