Room was very nice, clean and reasonably priced.

Nice location being back off the road and in the suburbs of Charlotte metro area. Room was large and accommodating. The stay was nice and quiet during the night. Breakfast was outstanding.

Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was ample and the hotel is in walking distance to many restaurants. Had a good stay.

Our refrigerator wasn't cold, just barely cool and the freezer didn't freeze my water.

Great stay! Everything was clean and check in was quick and easy. The pool and outdoor activities were fun and the breakfast was very good.

The shower was beautiful. the mattress was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The mattress had way too much of a gap between the end of it and the wall, pillows kept falling into the large gap. The air conditioner was way too loud and had to keep getting up to adjust temperature as it was too warm at 71 and too cold at 69.

Horrible hotel stay. AC not working correctly and was set to 60 degrees when we checked in room and still didn't cool, sofa bed broken and unusable. Metal frame slanted to one side so totally uneven. Could not sleep on. Told the receptionist and she could care less. In fact, she said there were many complaints from other guests about the rooms and the sofa beds. Hotel is in need of a remodel badly. The tub and shower looks like it's from the 90s. Ugly plastic panels with thick caked on caulk. Dogs were all over the breakfast eating area in the morning, barking, jumping on guests' legs and being a nuisance. Outside pool was dirty and even my son who loves pools did not want to go in it. Spoke to hotel manager the next day since he was not there at checkout. He was rude, condescending and was obvious that he could care less. We asked for a small adjustment because how unpleasant or stay was and he would not do anything. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. There's so many better choices nearby. Country Inn and Suite does not care about customer service at all.

The hotel was great.

The room was spacious, parking safe, location good, staff were nice. The rooms and hallways could have been a bit cleaner. The lobby was very clean and modern, then you get off the elevator and it didn’t feel as nice.

This hotel is I think trying to improve the atmosphere but still falls short. The staff is ok but I was chastised for asking for more than two additional pillows like I was building a fort or something. The rooms are older and they show. It could’ve definitely been worse but this place isn’t what the pictures show for sure.

The air conditioning wasn’t working in the first room. Staff kindly moved us to another room, but that one was just as hot. Everything else was fine.

It was a good stay but they need to get a better handle on how pets are managed. The elevators smell like dogs and urine. Overall good visit.

Convenient to the highway and restaurants for a one night stay traveling north. Bed was comfortable, was quiet overall, including the A/C The facility is a bit tired. The breakfast was not worth staying for. The coffee wasn’t even good.

Clean and comfortable! Would stay here again!
