Been staying here for awhile for trips to Charlotte metro area. The Comfort Suites has changed ownership and now is a homeless shelter. Now trying to judge people but it’s who I saw eating at breakfast. We will not be staying here any more.

The room was clean and very spacious. We had our dogs with us and they were comfortable. Great stay and had plenty of food and activities in the area.

First room the toilet didn’t work and then they tried to move me to the 4th floor which was under construction. Overall not a great experience.

The cover for the AC fell off and remained off for the rest of our stay.

Cleaner than some some hotels i stayed at, especially the bathrooms, but the curtains and couches could use a good go over. The pool is tiny and there is no longer a hot tub, the gym is basically just a treadmill and tiny. Staff was helpful at first, the lady who helped us check in was great! The night time guy was difficult when we needed to get sheets for the pull out bed, strange they didn't have them in the room already as well. Coffee was not good. The hotel was easy to sleep in if that is all you need

It is a terrible stay, no cleaning, no housekeeping, all are bluffing. We stayed 3 days, no cleaning at all, no proper response from the staff.

The facility was ok, we stayed 4 days. The hotel staff cleaned our room on day number 4

It was decent some of the workers were nice Left my hoodie behind and they told me it wasn’t there but I know it was left in the room
