Palace Inn Fairbanks

Room was clean and fresh staff was nice 👍

The rooms were clean. Provided toothbrush but no toothpaste, mouthwash, soap, lotion. Towels switched daily. Location was alright. It was a basic stay but clean room. The staff didn’t inform me of much upon arrival. I didn’t realize there would be housekeeping each day so I left personal stuff out. There’s no security lock box. The breakfast is to go style: granola bar, muffins, bottled juice. Not quite what I expected. No pool or lounge to relax. It seemed more like a motel. You can hear traffic from the interstate in the rooms. Was still able to sleep.

It smelled of smoke and it was ashes in my room and holes and stains in the covers

Room and property was clean and fairly new. I requested a top floor when I booked the room. But I got a ground floor. I just couldn’t understand the desk clerk.

It’s was quiet and I did love being here besides the girl who yells at people in the front. The woman who kept raising her voice at me and being rude because I was late to checking in because my STATE PAGEANT ran a bit longer

Clean, comfort and quiet.

There were a few things, makeup or something on one of the pillows, I just put it off to the side, and the bottom sheet had a tear in it, my foot snaged it a few times. But the rest of the room was clean, the bed didn't have other weird stains or smells. I slept great so that huge plus.
