We had an enjoyable staycation at the Marquis. Nice clean hotel with immense amenities. We loved the lazy river and the fitness center. Staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable. Only downside was the hidden fees disguised as destination fees.

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and great amenities. The pool area was amazing, and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay. The room and view of Daikan park was awesome! We would have loved to spend more time at the pool but the storms made it a little difficult but we still enjoyed ourselves the little time we did have there. Biggios was cool

The rooftop Lazy River, pool are the signatures of this Hotel. It is an asset for people traveling with kids. Location is great, close to Metro Stations, and other amenities, right in the heart of the downtown. Multiple choices of Restaurants covering variety of tastes, and food/kitchen choices. Screens available to follow the sports, Biggios has very large screens. The staff was very helpful, polite, and informative. The lobby is massive, specious, and comfortable. The Starbucks in the lobby is very good to have, but closure ti e of 5 to 530 PM makes one to wish it was available for longer. Will return for sure. I recommend it for families with children. Thank you to the staff for their work!

The problem is that they are grossly understaffed- and it typically takes over an hour to check in with LONG lines. This is a major area of improvement that needs to happen immediately. Hire more staff, add self - check in kiosks, and streamline the check in process and make it way more efficient.

The room was nice and clean. So was the M Club, it was well maintained. However maybe more attention to the pool. As I was floating in the lazy river, I encountered trash inside the pool (paper and plastic bag). Also something on the bottom of the pool was sharp and cut my toe so maybe checking the vents out would be helpful. Some of the floats were molded over and old looking, so maybe get rid of them. Otherwise it was great and I enjoyed it especially being able to watch the World Cup games by the pool side.

Thankfully, Anisa stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She took ownership of the issue, escalated it to upper management, and made sure everything was handled properly. What truly stood out was her exceptional customer service, even after the matter was “resolved”, she went above and beyond by sending complimentary goodies and a bottle of wine to our room. Anisa’s professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made all the difference. While the booking issues were disappointing, her dedication to making things right is the reason I would consider staying here again. Thank you, Anisa, for providing outstanding hospitality and reminding us what great customer service looks like.

The downside was having to go from 28th floor to the lobby to use the microwave oven. One on each floor could make a whole lot of difference. Above all, we had an excellent time in this hotel.
