Very nice staff, convenient location , beautiful rooms, very quiet.

The rooms were very old and the shower was not good. The toilet was leaking. The restaurant was not good at all

Excellent experience

Communication was outstanding. I received timely emails before check-in confirming everything was ready, His flight was heavily delayed, and he didn’t arrive until after midnight, but the late check-in was smooth and his room was ready. I really appreciate how easy and worry-free the whole experience was. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The carpet was dirty and had multiple large and small stains thru out - also pretty gross

My overall experience was extremely pleasant. No problems clean property and it's a 7 minute walk away from the mall.

Room was very clean and comfortable! Staff was very helpful and attentive, helped me retrieve some personal items left behind.

Clean room Location

Water takes 40-45 mins to get hot. I stayed in toom 1317. The carpet is stained and dirty. The room service is slow..sometimes they even forgot to show up. I finally complained to the front desk and they issued me points as an apology and I didnt have to pay for the bagel and coffee that took 10 years to reach my room. The entry way decent.

The hotel is very dated, the housekeeping came and made bed,and clean towels. The linen was never changed the 4 days i stayed there, even after a call to front desk. I saw a roach in the bathroom the 2nd night, mold in the bathroom shower ceiling area, tv is not updated, no apps for netflix or othets.I was really disappointed after paying a significant amount of money for this room. The area is great next to the mall,the experience was terrible. Staff was courteous, michael.

Great stay

Very nice property with great people and good location with delicious breakfast.

Amazing staff!!

Upon check-in we could not get into the room. Had to return to reception to have keys reset. This did not work. Called reception who sent an engineer. After a further wait the battery on the door was switched out and we finally got into the room. Frustrating after a three hour drive.

The room was very spacious with a living room, kitchen and separate bedroom. A little dated but clean. Very happy with our stay and great location.

I had a small issue when I checked out. Overall, it was ok. The property is a little dated, and the elevators did not work at one point.

Great Location, Staff was nice and friendly, Hotel was clean and neat. We stayed in a suite with a kitchen. Coffee station could have been stocked better. Kitchen was dated and didn't have plastic utensils or extra coffee disposable cups for the number of days we were staying.
