Comfort Inn & Suites Southwest Fwy at Westpark

The room was clean and the check-in process was smooth. The location of the hotel was perfect for attending the World Cup FIFA match at Reliant Stadium.

Need to Elevator repair

Stay at comfort was definitely not the worst. Front desk was very helpful. We got to the room and the tv wasn’t working they were quick to change our room. One elevator was only working but we took stairs most of the time. Our phone was ringing every twenty minutes all night long but that was not the hotels fault. Breakfast was good and Staff was so sweet!!!

This was the most relaxing enjoyable hotel stay I've EVER experienced.The staff members are courteous, prompt, attentive and down to earth while maintaining a constant level of professionalism.Always greeting with a smile and they are always at the desk or easy accessible UNLIKE ANY OTHER hotel in Houston.It seems they even know the guest to approve of #.1.) I FELT SAFE) (something that is impossible in nearby hotels) 2.) I felt appreciated and wanted as a guest 3.) Everything that they advertise and offer on their website and page is confirmed and true 4.) Extremely clean I could go on and on but I will close by saying I RECOMMEND COMFORT INN ON SOUTHWEST FREEWAY TO ANY AND ALL HOTEL RENTERS!!!! N/A

The ladies that cleans the rooms, could do a better job. They don't change bedding.

Two different rooms with bugs in both, sheets on beds had stains, multiple items in room were broken.

Breakfast was really bad and guests were questionable,,half dressed women in halls,,,women showing her butt cheeks and others dressed for night work ,do not know who was next to our room but we asked for non smoke,,,someone was smoking weed till 1 am,very uncomfortable and scary ,I do not remember it being like this last time,,,sorry for this review but it was disappointing

Location is easy access to the Southwest Frwy. The breakfast was ok..one day the orange juice was like water. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The king bed was very comfortable. Cleaning ladies were helpful. Where do I start? It was not a good experience. I will list the things that happened because it's too much to explain each thing. When we checked in someone spilled a drink in the entry way and we had to wait for someone to come clean it. Our key kept getting deactivated and we would have to keep going all the way back to the lobby to activate it again. The ac was leaking water, our sink was clogged and we had to wait a day to get it fixed. The elevator smelled like weed, the pool was dirty and I was really looking forward to getting in. The place just didn't seem clean at all. One working elevator ...very inconvenient.

Nothing The hotel is dirty. Lot of cockroaches in the room. Room furniture is wrecked. Carpets are smelling and Staff is less responsive.
