We ended up paying more than $350 for a one night stay, not at all worth it. Had a unpleasant experience from the check in time itself. The person at parking was not at all welcoming. Front desk lady asked us to pay $45 to park on the property (with or without Valet option), sounded rude. AC was very noisy and would turn off automatically in the middle of the night. You don’t have a microwave in Standard Room (with 2 queen beds). Even after specifying we are family of 4, they still end up putting only 3 towels. When called for room service they said they don’t have any and asked us to come pick it from front desk. The 2-star rating was only for the breakfast - it was fresh and felt nice for a good morning start. But be mindful that they close 15-20 min early before the specified time. Overall, felt misled by expedia about the free-parking. Do multiple checks for each line item before booking.

As frequent guests of luxury brands such as Ritz-Carlton, we have high standards for hospitality. While this property is not a Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons, it delivered something equally important: outstanding service, genuine hospitality, and meticulous attention to detail. The hotel was impeccably clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite its location on bustling Highland Avenue. In fact, throughout most of our stay, we rarely encountered other guests, creating an atmosphere that felt private and relaxing. It wasn't until breakfast that we realized how many people were actually staying at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast and accompanying service were exceptional, rivaling offerings found at far more expensive properties. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to help. The secret may be getting out, but this hotel is a true gem. For travelers seeking comfort, outstanding service, and remarkable value in the heart of Hollywood, this property is an easy recommendation.

This clean and well-maintained room was a delight. The staff was incredibly helpful, and room service was readily available upon request. It’s an excellent choice for families with kids, offering a continental breakfast with a rotating menu every day. The kids absolutely loved it. The hotel is conveniently located near Universal Studios, the Hollywood Sign, the Walk of Fame, and other popular destinations. Plus, there are Waymo cars available right at the doorstep. Ovation Mall is also within walking distance.

Excellent hotel that is near...

Good location if you want to see a little of Hollywood, nothing amazing but staff was great.

Unaware of the $49 parking charge and $21 destination fee and no hot tub, pool closes early and no microwave in the room. Our bathroom was dirty, no biscuits for the gravy that was available but the two breakfast servers were nice other than that would not stay here again.

Great location, walking distance from the Walk of Fame, easy to drive from the North.

Breakfast was included which was great, Elsie and the other ladies in the breakfast room were fantastic, all lovely, helpful and were always there to take our plates even though they didn’t have to. The reception was fantastic, organised interconnecting rooms for us very last minute. Rooms and bathroom were big, interconnecting rooms.
