The hospitality of the front desk staff was fabulous. Our room itself was not up to par. The toilet kept running. The air conditioner was extremely loud. The bathtub was dirty looking. I dropped an earring and looked under the TV stand to find it. It was FILTHY under there. We will not be staying again.

The hotel was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We would stay there again. My only complaint is that the little bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were obviously leftovers from the guests before us because they were all only half full. I didn't like that they didn't replace them with fresh bottles

Good for a no frills stay

Very dirty place. The halls, elevators, and outside perimeter were dirty. I did not see anyone maintaining the property. Carpet was filthy and not vacuumed at all. Bedding was dirty, towels were dirty and were like rags. I will not be returning!

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I know it's something simple, but I also appreciated that they had a big jug of ice water in the lobby that you can dispense from which I used at night to take my prescription pills. I always forget to buy bottled water for that purpose, so it was nice to go down there, grab one of the disposable cups that they had next to the dispenser and put a little cold water in my cup to take my pills with. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The price was excellent too at the time I was there. They have a decked-out patio in the back with string lights around it. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get the electric fire pit out there going but definitely not a deal breaker at all. Their pool is outdoors so it's not usable in bad weather. I didn't see a hot tub anywhere either. I don't use those anyway but some who are reading this might so I just thought I would mention that. The also had a snack and soda machine which I believe takes credit cards. I never used either of them so I can't confirm they work well but just wanted people reading this to know that they have them. It was a quiet hotel too, meaning that I never heard any kind of racket outside my room. All in all, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely book this hotel again.

Patrick, the clerk at the front desk, was mad that I walked around instead of waiting by the desk. He snapped at me for "hunting him down", even though I was just looking around the establishment. When I brought it to his attention, he insinuated that I was lying about whatever he thought my intentions were and continued to argue. After this encounter, I did not feel safe staying there. I received a refund and canceled, before going across the street. This is deplorable business handling and I've been told the actual manager behaves the same way. Patrick stated he was the manager, which I later found out was a lie. At least I didn't have to stay there. Horrible, horrible way to handle a business. If you have no customer service skills, consider another line of work.

Old building. Pictures made it look better than it is. Walked in to check in and the gentleman at the front desk was berating someone on the phone. The lady that came up to assist me showed no interest in being there.

Mostly clean Mold in the bathroom, sheets had stains. Fan on air conditioner was very loud.

The hallway carpets were dirty and some areas were bleached. The elevator walls were scratched up and smudged and the carpet had white powder all over it (similar to drywall dust). The room and bathroom were generally unclean. The bathtub had purple stains on it that appeared to be from the last occupant. The updates at the property consist of paint over paint. Would not recommend.
