Stain on the pillowcase. Dark ring around the tub drain. Terrible smell in the lobby upon entering. Fire alarm went off at 2am causing an evacuation. No fire. No apology or offer of a refund or discount upon check-out. First and last stay at this property.

Great pool, great breakfast. We had a wonderful stay with our 4 kids :)

Good size rooms. But this specific Residence Inn seemed to lack customer service.

I truly understand if a worker is having a bad day, but this is was simple annoyance with customers and their needs while checking in.

Exceptional

The location was great! Breakfast was excellent and I love the fact that they had the buffet open until 10:00 am. Our King Studio was a good size, it was clean and the bedding was very clean. The grounds and pool are kept very nice and comfortable to sit at night to relax. The staff was exceptional! The hallways, doors and carpet are ready for a good update.

Staff, Sandra was great! She checked in everyone that was there, all by herself. Didn't seem like anyone else was there to help her. Rooms weren't ready, she had snacks and lemonade available. It was such a hot day. She was extremely pleasant! A person behind me said he thought she was the only one there. Hopefully not. But I truly didn't see anyone else! No lamp on the desk so looking over papers and working on my computer was a bit of a challenge. It would have been nice to have a lamp on the desk.

Very conveniently located. Nice room, clean and with a kitchenette, perfect for a family stay.

Breakfast most mornings was very good; food area well maintained and clean.

This property is old and needs renovations. Definitely not worth the rate we paid. There were tears in the sofa, door(at the bottom) in the bathroom, had water damage. The door needs to be replaced! The drawers are all scratched up.

Room was very clean. Could use some updating on decor. Linens were excellent and staff very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the pool.

Absolutely loved this place. Got a 2 bedroom suite for a week stay and was way better than doing a private home rental, even better priced. Super well stocked and comfy rooms. Great location for what we needed. Wonderfully friendly manager and staff. Fire pit outside! Breakfast wasn’t great. Pretty standard for hotel breakfasts I guess but the food felt stale or overcooked and chewy. Lived on cereal or grab and go items but limited selection on that.

Breakfast was awful and every time I went to get coffee in morning it was always empty. It truly was the only downer I experienced here.

Close to the place I needed to be at. Close to many restaurants. The breakfast! Lots of choices at breakfast. There was trash in my trash cans I am assuming was from the guest before. There was hair in the sink and on the counter when I walked in. Bathroom not well cleaned.
