Flooring, walls needs Updating . Desk Mgr. charged my credit card deposit $100 to change from ground flr unit Rm 120 to Rm 330... both were King beds. different view .... Bed was clean. Carpets need upgrades

Room need to be clean better

Lots of mold in the room on walls,ceiling and bathroom. Windowsill was full of dirt and mold. Couch had stains on it.

Cool outdoor pool

Light didnt work in the room, web site saod free brealfast there was zero breakfast, saidnitnhad a pool but it was out of service, the rooms tv didnt have sound on most channels ( there was only like 6 that worked) said free parking, yet had to pay. 0 outta 10 wouldn't recommend and wouldnt ever pay to stay again.

Our first room smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke, was visibly filthy, and looked like it hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed at all. To make matters worse, we discovered bed bugs. After demanding a new room, we were moved to a second one that was just as bad, if not worse. The entire room smelled like marijuana, and the bathroom was a biohazard—the toilet was completely clogged and full of feces when we walked in. The rest of the room was entirely uncleaned and filthy. This place is a massive health hazard and needs to be inspected by management immediately. Save your money, protect your health, and stay anywhere else but here. We ended up leaving and canceling our stay went to another hotel

Roaches in the 1st room and it smelled bad

I like the one bedroom apartment style room with the sofa that no one would ever think has a bed hidden underneath the cushions. Also the 2 televisions and the way that the sleeping spaces are slightly separated. No sight of any type of insects, no itching, no bites, no gunshots,........ Great place to be alone and get peace of mind, get work done at the nice desk, or just walk around naked. I loved it! No random woman knocked at my room door asking for a glass of wine, a foot massage, and some good company.

AC was cold, staff was responsive, beds were prepared, trash was emptied, fridge & microwave in room and were clean.

Nothing Shower Broken. No TV Remote. Smelled Awful Pool Tikes Keep Falling Out. No Toilet Paper

I could smell the odour when I got into the room at first.

The bathroom tub was moldy and gross. The curtains were broken. I had to kind of fix them to block light. The pool was closed by the health department...There was hair in the bathroom, not my own. The only working ice machine is on the 4th floor. It was adequate for 2 nights

The floor is so stick walking on with bare feet. So disgusting. Ceiling, walls cracked, non finished painting it. The whole room is old. TV is small andtow color is faded, omg, lol. It's 1990s tv. Towels smell so bad. Stay away.

Unfortunately I need to leave a negative review. This place really needs to be condemned. A lot of water damage that has left the rooms smelly, musty, and moldy. The floors are extremely dirty and haven’t been mopped it seems in years. There is rusting all over the place but especially in the bathrooms. At least the linens and towels were clean. It is so poorly maintained and old. Don’t stay here.
