I love the breakfast, but the room and the building seems old... not so clean smelling..

I had an amazing experience at this property. The room was clean and very good AC. Everything was available for the kitchen. We even grilled by the pool . The staff and house keepers were very professional. The breakfast was always on time and very good. My family loved our stay and will be using them again. Grocery stores and banks right in front. Nothing was too far away walking distance. Thank you again!!

It looks way better on pictures then in real life, not very cleaned, very loud and odd people in hotel and around, there was this lady vomited in the pool which was gross people with dirty feed very dirty going into the pool and jacuzzi. I do not recommend this hotel especially if you travel with kids. Breakfast is not good and disaster there. Never coming back. My kitchen was dirty i have pics of it i found hair all over my bed and i had a little kid sleeping in there :( so no no no. They meed to pay attention to a lot of things there.

Overall, everything was excellent and we had a great stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. The only issue was that the elevators were quite slow when going up and down. If a little more attention could be given to their maintenance and performance, the guest experience would be even better. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you

I had to ask multiple times for towels, toilet paper and sheets to be changed. I was told a manager would call me. That never happened.

Love their breakfast buffet and their pool. There’s a security 24/7.

We have terrible experience first room the sofa bed wasn’t working we had came from theme park, we were tired and when we tried used it didn’t opened and didn’t have a mattress the rude lady at front desk told I have to option move to another room in another floor or stay there it was almost 11pm and also take long to bring the other key for the other room. Also the handle from the bathroom floor was broken. The new room wasn’t really clean and the sofa bed mattress was like broken or something had a bump and was uncomfortable to sleep . I do not recommend for families and for the price the rooms are not worth.

This place is in a great location. We enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the cleanliness of the room. It had everything we needed!

Clean rooms, immediate attention to needed items. Dishwasher in one room was not working. Other than that, I appreciated the size of the rooms as well as the amenities.

I loved the staff very friendly and helpful. Was very safe area. Clean rooms with great amenities. Housekeeping staff was very kind. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our quick stay in our suite. We really had a great stay other than the fact that we had activities set up all weekend and came back to our room and there was no maintenance done. They did leave a sign that it was done every other day and we stayed there 3 night and no days was maintenance done to our room within our stay. Other than this issue, we had a good stay.

The location the pool and jacuzzi My room smelled like sewer the restroom and the kitchen sink was leaking all on the floor I asked for toilet paper one night and still didn’t get it I had to call again the next morning before I got any now that shows they don’t care for there customers
