Comfort Inn Cockatoo near LAX Airport

They have a $15 parking fee per night and a $75 deposit, that I was not expecting.

The room was clean but in not good condition and smells bad

This is a basic no frills place to stay. The breakfast exists in the morning but it’s not great. The elevator went out the second day we were there and wasn’t fixed when we left on day 4.

Excelente opción , bien ubicado si deseas estar cerca del aereopuerto, vecindario tranquilo y seguro. El personal de recepción y de servicio muy amables. Por supuesto que lo volveré a utilizar.

AC was noisy but everything else was fine

We stayed here before leaving on a flight from LAX. It worked out perfectly - not too far away and easy enough to find. Parking was also not too bad even if it wasn't exactly connected to the hotel. It was close and covered.

This was my second time staying here. The hotel’s location was convenient, close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to rest after a long day. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the common areas were clean and inviting.

The carpet is too old, stained every where, smells awful. The room , hallways smells nasty and moldy. I can say it is dangerous to stay there. They use lots of chemical detergent to remove the nasty odor from the place but even that does not work. The elevator was broken all the time, at the check in time, the receptionist said, oh the elevator just broken today, but he lied , then we figured that out it was broken for long time before. The shower drain clogged. The breakfast awful, they serve a chemical (solid vegetable oil) instead of butter, even the coffee tastes awful. There was huge garbage bin right in front of the entrance door always full. Stay away from this place if you care about your health and safety.

The hotel staff was nice and room was clean. The hotel is very old.

Loved our stay! We stayed for the World Cup and the location was so convenient. Close to the stadium and so many food spots. The room was huge and the bed was BEYOND comfortable! Only minor complaint is how low the water pressure was in the shower. Other than that, would definitely stay again! Also, friendly front desk staff.
