Fridge was constantly whirring and didn’t let me sleep. Breakfast was bad

My A/C did not work. And there were leftover food on the floor. Staff was nice and helpful, I appreciate the quick check in and instructions.

The $25 for parking per night was a surprise! I parked one night but paid for two - because we stayed for two!! Note to Travellers: This hotel is outside the area that complimentary transport between hotel and airport is serviced. Plan on additional costs for airport pick-up, drop-off and car rentals!

Great place to stay, especially if you need to be close to the airport. Parking is available for an additional charge, which was convenient. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. Both check-in and check-out were quick, smooth, and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again

What I didn't like the location wasn't the greatest. But I heard hallway noise nextdoor noise. It seemed like there wasn't very good insulation. I could hear Too Much outside the room noises

The hotel is new and beautiful. The breakfast options were excellent

Breakfast is good. We hoped to find a hotel near LAX airport, but still 20mins drvie to airport.

Everything was great. Self parking convenient and close to SoFi and airport.
