Extended Stay America Suites Los Angeles Glendale

Poor customer service, the front desk person always hide in their room. They said they have on the go breakfast but they forget to restock so nothing. I don’t recommend this place. Very bad experience.

The first room we were in there clearly was a plumbing issue. The second room we were in stunk. The rooms were outdated and if I knew I could have found a room somewhere else I would have moved to a different location.

The light in the bathroom was not working and I let the staff know immediately They never fixed it the entire three days, but I was staying there. So that was interesting. I had to put a lamp from the living room in the bathroom. They’re very weird about how they want you to bring them down directly to switch them each day and they count them in front of you and make you feel like you’re possibly trying to steal one which was crazy. They don’t do trash pick up. You have to take your own trash out and the kitchen is useful, but they don’t include any of the tools to use the kitchen. You have to ask for each item so overall, it was a little disappointing.

The front desk staff were friendly and hospitable..made me feel at home. thank you The breakfast area and options.

The area was nice but the facility was in poor condition and long term tenants were being very nasty towards overnight guests.

Big bed Area , cleanliness , outdated ,sketchy

Clean was very dirty, no staff to be found, no towels in the room and holes in the wall all over the room.

Everything was cleaned and organized. The shower curtains would not close and all the water falls on the floor.

There's a little wear and tear, but you can tell the owners are getting around to replacing things because they have long term bookings

no there was no breakfast everything was gone and i went down at 7:30 am

Have to question how this hotel charges more than $200 a night.

Location was great, staff very helpful and friendly. Facilities need work especially the bathroom/tub. Peeling, basically nasty looking. Was clean though.

Stinky room, no shampo and conditioner available. No complimentary water. In the name of free breakfast only coffee and protien bars. No coffee after breakfast time. Too per night cost for this terrable hotel.

The staff is welcoming and friendly. Check in was quick and informative. The property was clean and comfortable.

Big room 1st room given , toilet flush isn’t working

This hotel was promoted with breakfast. The breakfast is packaged muffins, oatmeal and granola bars.

Nothing Outdated unclean showers had hair rusty carpets was filthy no ice no breakfast
