Staff polite, helpful, very busy. Appreciate the coffee/tea service availability. Good orange juice. Scrambled eggs oversalted. Pool could have been warmer. Clean, quiet room, convenient parking. Thank you.

Nice and well kept hotel and staff was very helpful. I enjoyed the cleanliness of this hotel and the beds were very comfortable. Was very impressed and happy with picking this place would definitely rebook in the future.

I liked how close it was to everything! I didn’t like there was a set time for check in and I didn’t get into a room not even the one I reserved 2 hours after check in time.

The bathroom sliding door don’t have handle. Very hard to open and close

The room looked to have blood stains on the rolling chair like if someone was sitting down and had period blood soak through, the bed had hairs tucked away in it and the pull out sofa bed had food and hair on the bed. Breakfast was very poor as well the food and waffle station was not kept up and there was a line for food that was scrapped together, cold, eggs were wet and soggy, and they never replenished the food stations. On top of that there was not enough parking for us to park our vehicle in a designated stall, we had to park on a fire lane which I was directed to by the staff and I was up all night worrying about my vehicle, and wasnt sure if i would have a slot if we had to leave to get food. All in all this experience was nit what i was expecting from a Hilton owned property and will be reaching out to uper management.
