Easy access to Disney room was clean.

The hotel was clean enough to sleep in. Nothing fancy. Reasonably priced and clean.

They could also use a fresh coat of paint and a good scrubbing. The area under the bathroom sink was very dirty. The location is good but in desperate need of a simple refresh. If you need a place to sleep, it does serve its purpose. If you want to relax and enjoy the room, this may not be what you are looking for.

Large beautiful room. Hot tub was extra roomy. The only problem was the bed. Stiff as a board.

Needs a litle more attention to cleaningness at the room, and the hotel felt pretty old.

Clean friendly staff No pool other than that nothing

Place was pretty clean but could have been better. A little more attention to detail. Pretty outdated but served the purpose. Enjoyed sitting by the pool smelling the jasmine!

It was quiet, close to Disneyland and had free parking! No carpet in rooms. The room was spacious and had a decent size fridge and microwave. Good value! It is not walkable to Disneyland. The bed seemed old and saggy. Interior a bit dated.

No elevator, towels with hair on them, bedding had stains and I asked to get my bedding change and it didn’t happen for like 2-3hrs, staff wasn’t very nice and very limited parking, definitely wouldn’t stay here anymore!!

Good view from 3rd floor, toiletries were good, tissues in bathroom, priced okay for having a pool. Elevator. Think family lives in motel side that shares pool, they were friendly and having a family party. Pool was cold, water damage in bathroom, dirty wall in bathroom, poor water pressure, shower head leaked, a/c weak, beat up luggage trolley, were not told where pool or trolley was located, pool was not up kept, towels small, were not given enough towels for 4 people and we booked for 4 people. Room service, if they came, did not leave enough towels for us, and when we asked for more to have some for swimming (no towels kept at pool), they gave us 2 towels and said there were no more towels to give us. Floors left our feet black when we tried walking barefoot after showers. People seemed to runout of parking at night.

Nothing Dirty stinks and broken shower handle

I like the big free parking lot, check-in at 2pm , nice and safe location. I stayed here every time I visited Anaheim and Garden Grove. The staff were nice. Affordable prices. I have to said the property needed some improvement in term on their decor/funitures. Perhaps add lighting in the seating area(there was none). Improve on cleaning and most importantly some of the towels were stained, brown and lots of other guests’ hair still sticking to it. Wifi was not working at all, even after I asked for a new access code.
