Everything was top-tier. We loved the room and how spacious it was. Our biggest thing was staying somewhere with a pool - preferably indoor - for our girls. Even though it was outdoors, the pool was located in the right spot for the sun to shine on it and warm the water to not be freezing cold but just right to jump right in. The breakfast was good. The only downside for us was the mattresses were very firm and the pillows were extremely soft. My husband stacked three pillows together but still felt like he was laying on the mattress. Overall, our stay was good and we’re adding this to our “preferred” list.

The room was nice. Roomy and mostly clean. There were hairs from previous guests or cleaning crew in shower. Yuck! Room was cold (in summer) even after adjusting thermostat. No extra blanket or pillows in room. Breakfast was not appetizing or even well stocked. Many items out and no one came to resupply. We waited at least 1/2 hour but no employee came. Many guests with children came in. No milk or yogurt in fridge. Really poor service and quality. Employee on desk disappeared and got annoyed with me for asking about breakfast service. Lots of dirty tables. To be fair evening check in was very pleasant. Not so much those on duty in the am.

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, but the couch cushion had stains on it. The sink in the kitchenette also drained slowly. We were thankful for the supplies in the room - dish soap, paper towels, etc. The property seemed newer and was nicely appointed. The grounds had some trash on it. The pool was dirty and cold with no pool towels clean. It closed fairly early too which was upsetting (8pm). The breakfast buffet was okay, but the warm food didn't stay that way, and they ran out of things quickly and didn't restock - muffins, bacon, and breads were most noted over our stay. The juice from the machine was awful though. Overall, would stay again. Nice location and close to shopping and highways, but still very quiet.

Location for my travel Overall Okay. Primary reason for rating is about the noise from the floor above. Guess these places are built paper thin. Did not get a good nights rest...

Simply no complaints!

Nice room clean The staff are not very friendly. It seems that they would rather be anywhere else but at work. The breakfast needs a lot of help. Not up to Home 2 Suites standards.

Breakfast began at 7am, we arrived at 7:20 to find no power to waffle makers. No other food choices.

Great stop after driving 11 hours! Quiet, right off the freeway, very clean. McDonald’s next door, gas station right outside…early morning staff and day staff fantastic!

Pool was closed.... Room was great and spacious. The shower was maybe the best around. Breakfast was just okay.

Love the area and comfortable and clean The pool was not open it was May in Alabama. Yet day we left people in pool told staff and they said pool was open when sign said closed and was told not open until Memorial Day. They did not make them leave pool area! Also breakfast was not very good. But had variety for all.

Exceptional

The tub was peeling of paint. It had been refinished years ago and was peeling. Not acceptable at all. Room smelled musty
