The grounds were overgrown as well and it was in a crappy residential area. I do want to say the kitchen part was nice with a full size refrigerator so I guess this is the saving grace.

BC I had two really large bags of luggage, I was so grateful for Henry”s assistance! Clean quiet room. Enjoyed the jet tub.

It was comfortable, clean and quiet
-
Everything was good, nice deck overlooking the forest
-
It was tucked away from the city. If you come to see the trees in the foliage have Alaska it was more in it than a hotel surrounded by concrete

It was a unique experience. Basically you are part of three different locations. Actual stay was about a mile from the building that served breakfast. Don’t go there for the breakfast. Not that great but the breakfast lady was good. The bed was very worn and swaybacked. Not the best but it was clean and we got some laundry done which was in a different building. Probably won’t stay there again. We are two older travelers just staying in Fairbanks for a couple of days.

Rooms were clean bathroom facilities were very nice. Staff was great help. We went to breakfast later and there wasn’t much left. Staff member did come and started filling in, but we had eaten. What was there. Parking was adequate. The only real problem we had was there were no fans. It was warm and there were no screens on the windows so we couldn’t open them without letting in a lot of bugs. Screens on the windows would’ve been our biggest complaint.

In a quiet neighborhood. Layout of the room can be improved. It has a kitchenette that can be helpful for most people. Breakfast was in a different building, but it was amazing. Owner made egg in ham cups and peanut butter muffins that were just mildly sweetened which I appreciated that. There’s other breakfast items as well.

Good location from what we could tell, nice staff, and we loved the breakfast! We didn’t realize we would be at another building down the road, so we had to drive to the main building every time to get breakfast. Not a huge deal though!

Fire alarm beeped all night, bed uncomfortable, no towels had to phone twice to get them, took a couple of hours.
-
Quick checkin, room had space and nice mini kitchen.

It felt like home away from home. It was very comfortable. The toilet ran slow filling up at night.

We love the funkiness of the place.

The office is pretty hidden not much signs. Place looks weird the old man who gave us key wasn’t really helpful didn’t really explain much on amenities or anything at all I think he just wanted to go back to sleep we arrived @3am. Rooms are dirty we had to buy our cleaning supplies to clean it up more, we stayed at property next to Napa store. I asked the boss of cleaning if I can get towels and she said she didn’t have any so it’s pointless to b on the property. Staff wasn’t helpful at all .

Not what we thought we booked

I had to switch rooms because the bedding was filled with dog hair in the first room. The second room had a shower that made the entire bathroom floor wet when used. The shower curtains didnt keep the water on the floor inside.
-
Location was perfect and the room had all the necessary facilities Property is a bit dated. Can be upgraded and renovated

I like the location I booked online for the king suite and when we got there they had a problem finding my reservation ended up putting me in a subpar room that look nothing like the room I was supposed to get. There was no way to swap it out cuz there was no open room so I believe they rented mine out that I had reserved and prepaid.

Nice people but the property is in poor condition. Floors dirty, other guest stuff under the bed. People were Smoking in the building smell was very strong. Parking did have an outlet to plug in our vehicle that was great.
