The staff were all very friendly and helpful

The Inn was excellent- The breakfast was great, bottled waters are provided. The room was clean, prompt shuttle transfer to airport and railway is provided. I am impressed. The frontdesk team is very kind and fulfilled all my requests.

Very neat clean place to stay at Fairbanks, The Breakfast was great. The Front desk stuff were very nice and helped with shuttle services.

It was ok for a cheap one night place to stay and clean

Clean room and very helpful staff. Breakfast offering was really good. It's very handy having the local store just a few minutes walk away. Coupled with the fridge and microwave provided in the room, I was able to prepare myself a simple meal and relax after a tiring day.

The shuttle from the airport was easy to find and it was a quick drive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Renovations were happening in the room next to me - hammering and drilling for most of the afternoon didn’t help my jet lag. The motel seemed pretty quiet - not sure why I would be given a room right next to the noise. Breakfast was good and well-stocked. My only real complaint was while I was unrolling the tub mat, a giant clump of black hair fell loose. Pretty disgusting. Overall, it was a good value for the price.

Room and location very clean. Bed nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Great location. I would definitely stay here again

Pretty quiet for being close to the airport

The shuttle was very beneficial both to/from airport and train station. The continental breakfast was more extensive than most with the addition of hardboiled eggs with a full complement of fruit, bagels, muffins, granola bars, hot chocolate, and more.

The room was clean. The staff were very, very kind. The breakfast, though limited than some, has what you need to get the day going. The shuttle was very convenient. However, for the showers, the water gets nice and hot, but it makes a really loud whistle sound. With how the neighbors can hear one another, it may get annoying for them fast. That was for my room only as far as I know, but it occurred in room 130.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Appreciate very much to have the shuttle pick us up at airport and take us to our tour company . The only thing I found fault with was that there was no where to put your towel when washing up or getting in the shower.

No issues could be updated but very clean

Staff were fantastic and very clean. Only negative was the mattress was extremely soft. At first I thought it was a watered when I sat down.

Outstanding little spot for travelers, staff was awesome and super helpful, room was small but soft bed and hot shower to relax was so great after tearing a tendon in my leg from a hike. Big thanks to the staff!!

It gave us a place to sleep. Room was 1/2 the size it appeared to be in the pictures. Continental breakfast was cold muffins, bagels, croissants, granola bars, yogurt and packaged hard boiled eggs. Office was closed twice due to under staffing. If we ever return to Fairbanks we won’t stay here.

The room was fine, good size, Except the shower was small and hard to move around in.. It was fine for a short trip.

Best continental breakfast I've ever had! Actually managed to fill up my belly! Yogurt, muffins, hard boiled eggs.... and lots of other things.

Rooms are smaller than expected but very clean. The staff were very friendly, kind, helpful and gave good information on nearby shopping. And the prices are a steal compared to other hotels!!
