Best Western Plus BWI Airport Hotel / Arundel Mills

This hotel is such a great pick and I’d highly recommend it. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. I showed up at 1 PM earlier than my scheduled check-in time and asked for an early check-in, and they kindly assisted me with it.

Low Budget Hotel. Very old. Needs a renovation.

Great restaurant across the parking lot. Convenient to the fields for our son’s tournament.

Nice warm shower and functional bathroom

Hotel was crazy busy with numerous youth sporting teams but the staff didn't flinch. Place stayed clean and staff were beyond polite, regardless of how messy or loud the kids got. Would visit again.

I wouldn't waste money on this property ever again! The website shows a heated indoor pool, a hot tub, and a furnished patio area. NONE of those were there! But the website won't let me share pictures. The building was incredibly hot, no A/C in the hallways, rooms smelled terrible, and the room a/c was incapable of cooling it down. If I could ask for a full refund I would!! With my daughter on a travel soccer team..We've stayed alot of places. This was by far the worst place I've stayed ever! Rude staff, promised missing amenities, terrible location and parking. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Most of your staff were good, but some need more training with interactions with customers.

Room was clean and amenities were fine. Breakfast was adequate with a selection of options to meet most expectations. I would book hotel again when in the area.

Our room had a mouse problem. There was mouse excrement on the bathroom floor. The room was also a little musty smelling. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disappointing

Nice place to stay short term. Clean room. Friendly courteous staff. Continental breakfast each morning included with free coffee available all day. The room was comfy and included a microwave and fridge and they both worked well. The harbor and downtown is about a 20-25 minute drive so the location is great if you’re looking for things to do. I would stay here again.
