Beds were pretty comfortable. Close enough to airport.

The room was small but did its job. I ended up staying here for 6 nights while I waited for my apartment to be ready so while the airport access and shuttle weren't useful to me the location was very good.

The airport transport is contracted and very slow. We waited over 45 minutes after notifying them. Also parking is a bit strange if you need it. It is not included nor paid through the hotel. It is contracted out and you pay for it separately with an application. Staff is great!!!

the staff is helpful, however the hotel is terrible. The room smells weed, the shower water pressure is low in the morning, the towel has a hair in it.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Check-in was smooth and from initial appearances, our single king room looked simple and nice. The first night, after being out all day until late, we were ready to go to sleep and notice that the blackout blinds are stuck and won't roll down completely. I call the front desk and he tells me that he will put in a work order for the next day as it is too late then. I also try to tell him that the floor needs to be mopped bc I stepped in something sticky as I was barefoot. He interrupts me as I am trying to explain that all I need is for the floor to be cleaned and do not need the whole room but he cuts me off. I also wanted to mention the nasty dark stains under the rim of the toilet rim the next evening we get in at midnight/1 am and I rush to bed only to realize the blind has not been fixed and the bright light from the parking lot is pouring in still. I am mad at this point. I call the man at the desk and tell him what is going on and he asks to come into my room and he manages to find some scissors and fix it. I point out that the floor had obviously not been cleaned since the send debris and curtain blind filaments were still lying on the floor from the night before, the toilet still had dark black stains on the bowl that are only visible when you exit the shower, and the film of dust was still on the counter that I had initially wiped two unmentionable hairs within minutes of stepping into the place.

The beds where comfortable the car park was filffy rubbish stacked outside our room all day and AC system very noisy the kiosk very overpriced

This hotel is super helpful to get you ready to fly home or if you want to unwind after a flight, complimentary airport shuttle makes things very easy, walking distance to a number of restaurants including some Greek food, and In N Out(get it while you can folks on the East Coast and beyond), staff was very accommodating, but seems like certain times storing your luggage might be an extra cost, there was parking available for folks with cars, gas station next door to fuel up both for your car and yourself. They have pool but didn't have a chance to try it. Also you can walk or take a quick ride to the beach!

Great for group stays but as a solo traveler it isn’t the best as a woman especially but loved it here will stay again.

The room was clean and in a safe area. We wait d an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, but the onecin the morning that took us back to the airport was good snd on time.

The transportation from and to the airport is appreciated.

request credit card with chips but only the day of arrival mentioned by mail , by support of an nice lady I can pay for it. so I cancel another reservation

Room was designated as non-smoking but smelled like Smoke upon checking in. Never had any type of room service while on our stay. Front desk staff during the day could be a bit nicer to guest/people checking in. Staff or maintenance team was extremely loud very early one of the mornings, banging walls and disrupting any type of peace. Killed 2 spiders in the shower as we first checked in as well and the shower head and toilet made extremely loud and weird noises when using them.
