Embassy Suites by Hilton Los Angeles LAX South/El Segundo

Stay was great. The only thing that I didn't like was, the fold out bed from the couch. It was extremely painful to lay on. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Like it was worn out. But other than that no complaints on anything else

Good breakfast, nice facility.

The staff was amazing during my stay.

The place was clean all amenities were working; however I checked in 10 later the pool was not in working condition. The shuttle service was great although you call but the shuttle comes on the hour after 10am.

Everything was very good

Everything was great except the room. It smelled terrible the whole time.

We were not told that it's $40 a day for parking. We got surprised with that. Then when we were in the parking garage they told us to look for a button that doesn't exist my sister almost missed her flight cuz they weren't letting her out of parking garage even though they already are taking the money out of the deposit you pay. Finally security had to come and let her out. Also to go to breakfast you have to swipe your key card. I've been to 40 States and five countries not one hotel has ever ever made me do that. Then multiple times they gave us a key Card that worked on the elevator but not to get into the room. I can't say enough good things about the staff however whoever runs this hotel really needs a reality check.

Breakfast is good.

The breakfast needed more options/variety of pastries and fruits and some veggies and hard boiled eggs. The pool area didn’t seem clean enough. The bed was comfortable. Suite/hotel was clean. Food was decent. Shuttle staff was friendly. all staff was professional,

I only booked the room to go for a swim and relax before I called and made reservations they ensured me everything was fine , upon arrival and check in the pool wasn’t working . They then lied and kept saying it’s being worked on , I never seen a worker handling it . Overall stays I had no problem. Definitely not booking again

Had a great time at this hotel. We went with our small children and the room was big and clean. The hotel is also in a good area and it was easy to take public transit. The breakfast in the morning was delicious too, it had a great variety and everything was fresh.

Eh, this was okay. The air-conditioning situation is a travesty as it was so hot, and the hotel shut off the cooling. Was like 76 in the room and the AC control is fake - doesn't actually work of the hotel doesn't have it on for the whole building. Breakfast was great though
