Fairfield Inn & Suites Los Angeles LAX/El Segundo

We hit some obstacles with our stay that was handled very well. Our A/C was out. They moved us rooms and that a/c was out. They didn't have any rooms available. Mona apologized. Luckily we had a balcony room and could get the door open about 4 inches. She brought us two fans and we were able to cool the room down a bit. They also refunded us partially and gave us late check out. The breakfast is amazing. And the staff is wonderful!

After our activities, we got to the hotel at 8pm... At 8pm, we were told the room that we paid and reserve is NOT available. We couldn't get a room. We needed to do that on line. It was frustrating and mad. The room was for six. They only and trying to give me a room with two queens. How come they didn't tell me this when I left the luggage?

The property interior design and general ambiance has improved significantly from the past few years. It was a little dated and needed a refresh and it was successful. Great shuttle service to LAX. Shuttles leave on a schedule so that you are not waiting around for hours at a time. Lots of tour groups use the hotel and it can get crowded at breakfast but there is plenty of room and tables to absorb it.

This hotel was okay but not what we expected. The shuttle service was excellent but the free breakfast was minimal. On weekends it starts at 7:30 and if you have an earlier flight you had to request a “grab and go” which consisted of a small yogurt, a bottle of water and a stale muffin. Since it is billed as an airport hotel you would expect breakfast to start earlier. The room was okay but the hotel interior was ugly. We just didn’t feel we got what we paid for.

Breakfast was good. We only stayed one night but we felt comfortable with everything.

The rooms were a nice size. The ly had a hot breakfast that was good.

And this was not my 1st visit to this hotel. It works perfect for me to visit with family.

They were very helpful when I had a family emergency! Very understanding & thoughtful staff! I’ll definitely stay there again!

The room had a strong musky smell since the ac wasn’t working and the maintenance personnel had left for the day but we ended getting a 50% refund which made up for mishap. Kudos to Luis from the front desk who was awesome.

La verdad es muy cómodo una área muy céntrica al aeropuerto pero la verdad sólo le falta una pequeña remodelación al hotel

Breakfast started serving at 6:30 am which is a bit late considering a lot of travelers need to leave before 6 to catch 8 am flights.

The bathroom shower head was broken, water faucet was leaking when turned on. Wifi and AC did not work. Bed was itchy. I do not recommend this hotel.

The floors had lots of cracking sounds and being on the first floor, we could hear every movement from the above room

This hotel is close to the airport, and has a free shuttle to and from there. The staff were exceptionally helpful and stored our luggage before we could check in. They also allowed room was clean and comfortable. The pool was great. The breakfast had a good variety and included hot items, and the dining area was large. There were some restaurants within a block of the hotel, and a city bus stops out front. Would stay here again.

I’ve stayed at many properties and I was surprised at how dated and poor the conditions were at this location, especially for the price. I am not recommending this hotel.
