Clean hotel. Good breakfast and large rooms

Multiple kids/teens running around the pool and gym area unsupervised by parents. Hotel staff blamed third party booking service and vice versa to change reservation dates to arriving a day earlier and leaving a day early despite multiple open rooms or availability. I had to pay for an extra day that was not used. Will never book a nonrefundable rate with a third party booking agent again.

Best experience for families. There’s a free breakfast with great options, a pool and a gym. The rooms are clean and roomy. It’s a good deal!

Great location, professional and courteous staff. Excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms. Definitely on my list to stay again when traveling in the area.

The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the common areas felt fresh and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options each morning. One thing that stood out was the staff, every front desk employee greeted us with a hello when we arrived and a goodbye when we left. The rates were reasonable. The only downside was the $10 nightly parking fee, which felt a bit unnecessary, although the lot is monitored and patrolled. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a good value.

Very clean and modern. One of the best buffet breakfast you will find. Great selection with vegan options. All the furniture and carpets were clean and no issues with stains or scratched furniture. No wear and tear visible at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything from check in to check out was fantastic! Super friendly staff, great breakfast selections, clean, spacious rooms, and the shower heads in the rooms are absolutely incredible! This particular location is central to almost everything in Durham. Will most definitely be staying her again! And would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Loved the gym, outdoor experience, breakfast, mini mart, pool, room. Location was top tier for me bc I used to live in that neighborhood. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Mattress.

Really friendly staff. They decorated and had events centered around graduation which gave the property a festive feel. Rooms were very comfortable!

Home2 Suites is my go-to hotel and this one in Durham is no exception. Everything was as expected. The amenities were fantastic, better than most! Breakfast was the best! The staff was friendly! The hotel was like brand new! I'll be back when I'm in the area!

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Very clean, staff was fantastic, breakfast had many choices which varied daily. Great pool and fitness center. I would absolutely go back.
