The staff was consistently unpleasant. The lobby is attractive and inviting, but that’s where the positives end. The rooms are outdated and greeted us with a strong musty, mold-like odor the moment we opened the door. The smell was overwhelming and lingered throughout our stay. The bathroom amenities were minimal, and the room showed a noticeable lack of upkeep. Thankfully, I keep cleaning supplies in my vehicle because I didn’t feel comfortable using the room without wiping things down first. The property is in desperate need of renovation, and the online photos are very misleading. For a Hilton property, this stay was extremely disappointing. The condition of the hotel, the staff, and even the breakfast fell well below the standard I’ve come to expect. The breakfast staff was especially unprofessional. I asked for a small to-go container so I could take a little fruit before getting back on the road. Instead of a simple accommodation, I was made to feel as though I was asking for something unreasonable. In all my years of travel, I’ve never had my family treated that way over such a simple request. As an avid traveler and Hilton Honors member, I know Hilton can do much better. If this had been my first Hilton experience, I would have assumed Hilton simply accepts this level of service and quality.

The building needs maintenance. The HVAC is unbalanced. The hallways are cool but the rooms are hot. The conference rooms are hit or miss (hot or cold). Some of the conference rooms have peeling wallpaper. There were large cracks between the flooring and the baseboards of the (room) bathroom floor. Also, housekeeping doesn't use a fitted sheet. A top sheet is used as a fitted sheet.

Great stay. Clean and safe.

Everything was great except the television. I didn’t find it user friendly. It didn’t work the first night, but when they were able to get it working the next morning, it kept shutting off every few minutes. As I was standing in line to check out, the women in front of me complained about the same thing. I was offered a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience of the television not working properly.

Everything was ok except for the breakfast. The buffet is 21:00 a person but it’s the same thing as complimentary at other hotels. There was only one staff member with a lot of guest . Needless to say. The service was terrible.

Day number two my bed wasn’t made, but I was offered 5000 reward points and a breakfast for my bed not being made. It’s just a horrible experience and returning back to my room to see that. Lastly, I was told to pick up the Coupon from the front desk for breakfast by entering the breakfast area. There was no one there to get me therefore I walked in and began to get it in the buffet area before I was approached by a worker and then told me she hadn’t checked me in for breakfast. Keep in mind there was no one there at the register or in the area.

Ask for coffee pods for Keurig. Only 2 in room. Not replaced. Had to call front desk, given 3. Not replaced again. Not sure why this happened. No free coffee at hotel.

I booked one night. Decided I LOVED the property, gym, pool, so much that I wanted to stay for a 2nd night. Serena, the front desk girl, was absolutely the most wonderful pleasant person I have ever dealt with. She moved rooms and bookings around so that I could stay in the same room without having to move, helped with expedia for the 2nd night, and was continually pleasant and friendly. Her manager should DEFINITELY give her a RAISE!!! She is the hotels BEST ambassador! Thank you Serena!
