Comfort Inn & Suites Durham near Duke University

The hotel was clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating. What I enjoyed about this stay was that it was cozy and close to the hospital. My husband was here to be there for his father. So the staff was really supportive with helping us to extend days of staying there. We were there for about seven days in total. They accommodated me staying on the first floor because I don’t like elevators and they also accommodated me with giving me new keys every time I left the room and left the key in the room. And I promise I did this at least three times during the day. Nobody complained they’re just accommodated. So overall, this was a great experience.

Staff were responsive and friendly. Room was clean and in good working order. Supplies were provided as needed.

It was just under 2 miles to Duke University Hospital. Breakfast wasn't as good as it could be. Very tight for parking.

Everything but the room AC and bed were good. AC was making too loud sound and bed was not comfortable

Easy to find, close to main highway. Close to Duke. Clean, quiet.

The room was clean upon arrival. The staff was great. The breakfast was available and the parking was free. I really enjoyed my stay. I will return soon.

Staff was great. We paid for a Suite 388’ (?). This room was tight. It wasn’t a suite. There was no separation. There was a 1/2 of 1/2 wall. The room would have probably felt bigger with out this item. We ended up checking out after 2 days and were charged a $75 (?) fee. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a joke as well as the room.

We stayed here as my husband had a medical appointment at Duke. The location was great and the hotel comfortable. Breakfast was good.

A very pleasant surprise. Not luxurious ( wasn’t expecting or paying for that). However, the bathroom was roomy and up-to-date. The room was very roomy , comfortable bed, very clean. Lots of TV channels including HBO and adequate and free Wifi. Very pleasant staff and good breakfast Lighting in bathroom is harsh (maybe LED tube)

I wish I could give the front desk staff a 1 million star rating. Vanessa was outstanding. She went above and beyond to help us out. Wow!!! Would definitely stay there again.
