You should not have to pay 25.00 for parking, you're staying at the hotel and paying those costs. It is consumer robbery. No microwave in the room. Hotel representative initially gave me the wrong room number, so I had to come back to the lobby for corrections.

Perfect stay! This was my 3rd time staying here by choice for work trips. The location is great, amenities are helpful, rooms are spacious and comfortable. I’ll definitely continue to book room here.

Very nice and pet friendly

Nice to have shuttle option within the 2 miles. Nice outdoor space. Pool was closed entire time we stayed and nothing was offered for the inconvenience. We booked this place with intent to spend one day just relaxing by pool. Room starting to get dated and worn. Lots of good food options and shopping near by. Not super close to airport but no issues getting lyft.

5 stars across the board

This was my first time at this hotel. I typically stay at Marriott properties. This hotel is a bit outdated, the food at the restaurant wasn’t great and the rooms are in need of an update. The staff was friendly.
-
Room was very clean. Staff was very welcoming, nice, and assisted in any needs. Busy location, but easy access to everything in Atlanta from this hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was clean and room smelled good. Sad that the breakfast was not included. All staff was helpful.

It was clear that this hotel had been remodeled, but most of the remodel happened with the lobby, the ballroom and the restaurant. The actual rooms were equivalent to an older hotel, and it was not as clean as I would have hoped for. There was still soap residue in the shower along with mold. The rooms were small and there was an odd headboard that ran diagonal in the room to where you couldn’t get to some of the room behind the headboard. It was very odd, almost like it was hiding a bad spot in the floor? I definitely would not have sat on the couch in the room and I would not sit on the bench at the end of the bed. Neither looked very clean. We just needed somewhere to sleep for the night so it did its job, but if you were looking for a hotel to spend sometime at, the lobby, the ballroom, and the restaurant are that, but the rooms are not.

Staff was ok, checkin was a little shaky. I was charged double for some reason. The beds are super uncomfortable, couldn’t sleep more than a couple hours without tossing around. Felt like I was laying on plywood. Property is nice, staff was friendly for the most part. I requested extra pillows and took a few hours to actually get them. Parking was ok. I’m sure there are better property’s for the price but it wasn’t horrible.

Great experience.

All was well with our stay but tub for 703 could use improvements (appears old tub grips remove and adhesive stains remain at bottom making tub appear dirty)
-
Truly shocked at well the hotel. Very clean ab nice staff
-
Great stay! The staff was so helpful in making sure that my sister enjoyed her birthday stay. The grounds are so beautiful and she was able to take a variety of pictures.
-
Went beyond basic accommodation, prioritizing seamless service, intentional design, and premium comforts. Standout elements included spa-quality toiletries and anticipatory staff that elevate the overall guest experience.
-
Love the convenience store at the bottom it was such and easy way to get what you need. The hotel was so pretty and so big. Love the restaurant and the patio. Recommend if you traveling to Atlanta to stay in this hotel.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable Garden in back of hotel is absolutely breathtaking; a peaceful sanctuary
-
Overall this hotel was good , the room had some trash on the side of the bed, and the sheets had some stains but other then that it was a good stay.
-
No fan in the bathroom is odd. Also was not aware until check-in that there was a $90 deposit per day.
-
Everything was perfect, easy check in .
