Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center

The room was great! Everything was nice and clean when I got there. The only thing I had trouble with was the parking.

The room was extremely dirty. The bathtub / shower had hair and dirt all over it, the hallways weren’t cleaned. Smoke smell everywhere. Room layouts were confusing and we had to go through construction to get to our room. The front desk lady was helpful.

The whole experience was great Prices were high

25.00 a night for parking thats nuts especially during these times.......AND THEN JUST TO HAVE BREAKFAST and your single you have to get your own food AND AGAIN it was too expensive .......I dont even know if the pool is clean every day and there was no towels when I went to the pool around 8am ......I wont be here any more everything is too pricey

The staff was helpful. The rooms were very clean. I didn't get chance to taste that good breakfast. Neither did I have a concern for the bar. But over all it were great.

View and staff were amazing, outstanding service. Not very easy to find where breakfast is being held, and breakfast is an additional charge. Super hard to figure out how to even pay for breakfast and they ran out of food fast. Missing trash bags from our room but easy fix, staff clean very well.

The property and location was nice and near a lot of things to do. Malls and minutes away from nice eateries. Again the property was nice. You need to ask some of the poor customer service. Also if you guys don’t give the upfront cash deposit back let folks know straight up. Probably my last time staying at this facility.

The hotel was clean. The room was great. The only issue I had was a lot of the stuff wasn’t explained about what you had to pay for and what you did not have to for instance, you have to pay for parking did not know that and also breakfast they say they have it, but you have to pay for it.

This is a beautiful upscale hotel in downtown Atlanta. They are doing some renovations. There are wonderful amenities-restaurants and swimming pool. Sadly there were roaches in my room. I was shocked. I called downstairs and they offered to switch my room. No apologies. Just handed me keys. I was disheartened. I fell trying to get to my bed and not have the roaches crawl on me. I can’t believe this happened. Sad that the customer service was so poor.
