Felt like no $$ spent in years.

Dirty bathroom (hair in shower and on bathroom counter and brown water coming out of shower and bathroom sink), super loud neighboring rooms (can hear everytime the door closed, a chair moved, ect).Also, was not informed upon check in about being charged for parking. They charge $24 a night for parking. I also had to go to the desk because my room was charged for “e- channel” charges both days during my stay, which I have absolutely no idea what those are. The staff at the desk were able to get those removed, but had I not looked. I would’ve been charged for whatever that was twice as well which was $48 each. The restaurant and lounge bar menu options are very limited and kind of pricey. Loved the area the hotel was in because there was any and everything you needed, (mall, stores, food), but probably won’t stay here again.

I liked my room a lot and staff was nice, only issue was water maintainece and no way to warm up food. But it was lovely

Should out to the desk lady Latoya she was amazing very accommodating very friendly we felt so welcome any thing we ask we needed they provide it it’s clean smell good across the street from the primer mall clean rooms smells very nice definitely worth the stay

The overall stay was excellent. This was actually our second time staying here. The staff was friendly and helped us with all our needs. Whenever we needed room service there was never a delay. It was at our door in less than 10 minutes or less.

It was decent. I didn’t like that customer service didn’t communicate about certain perks, such as the breakfast and $15 credit. There was one young lady that was extremely helpful, however by the time information was communicated it was too late.

Very convenient location for Buckhed and northern perimeter.

The property was extremely clean. Open not clutter. The rooms in beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was extremely inviting and nice. I loved everything about my stay at this property.

Ask question when checking into property. They basically give you keys and nothing else. No direction, no parking insight nor eating insight
