We loved this hotel! The staff were top notch. When the hotel receptionist, Fatima, learned we had an early fight and couldn’t take advantage of the buffet breakfast she packed a bag with various fruits, muffins, yogurt etc and delivered it to our room. The shuttle to the airport was on time and very convenient. The room was spotless! We will definitely back!

So this is a great place to stay - as long as you don't need to be physically at the airport. I had a 24h layover, so it was perfect. As described, the hotel is embedded within a local shopping center with supermarkets, restaurants and other retailers. Perfect for an afternoon / evening stroll. Pickup from Dulles is easy, it's probably a 15 minute drive to the hotel. But I really want to highlight the friendliness of the people who work at the hotel. They are perfect. Clearly a lot of effort has gone into selecting the right people, and then making sure they are well trained and happy. It really shines through. The room was super spacious, had everything I wanted and then some. But for me, again, it really was the people. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in staying again. Not one thing

Always stay here after long international flights - decent food, a Target, and some cell phone shops are all right there. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and good for families. Breakfast is solid.

Stellar customer service! Some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered- when we are in the area again we will definitely stay here!

The staff was amazing although the property is showing signs of aging it’s still kept as well as an be expected. I stayed on this property when it was fairly new and can see signs of aging and needs Fir upgrading however the staff makes up for the lack of new upgrades !
