Hampton Inn & Suites Washington-Dulles International Airport

Great comfy bed! We had to stay same day due to a flight cancellation and had to request a shuttle after midnight and fortunately they sent it fairly promptly.

Stayed there for 5 nights. The cleaning crew only cleaned my room once and that was on the day before I left. Not impressed. Otherwise, it was fine. Commensurate with the price

Super clean and spacious room with a large bathroom and large tv. Free and abundant parking. Convenient location. Better deal than other nearby hotels in same class.

Check in was easy and the card keys worked (not always the case in hotels). Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was tasty and freshly served.

Good layout, well presented, everything I needed for a short layover in my travels. Gym, good wifi, office desk in the room was very handy. The elevator buzzing at it passes every floor. Not a small soft ding. More like you got a question wrong in a game show, mixed with an alarm clock.

Worse service experience I have ever had in any establishment!!!! I have stayed at this location for business the last 3 years w/o incident until this happened. Needless to say, I will never book there again!!!

Proximity to the airport Only one elevator was working! No water available for me in the room.

The property is close to Dulles Airport. The room was comfortable and clean. The free airport shuttle was available and efficient. Overall, a good value. I think in general the free breakfast is sub-par.
