Yes We liked the location the facility The breakfast and the service. Since the breakfast is not upto the expectation. And service is slow the refilling of food items too delay.

The place is nice and clean. Thank you Mr Suresh for registering us and for being very accommodating. The Arabic Staff is biased and there is Racial discrimination. We are Asian. He let us wait for a long time but for Arabic people he is registering them first even though I am already waiting. When you request something, the team takes hours for them to get the items like towels, dental kit, etc.

The room was very clean, neat, comfortable, and had enough space. The restaurant food was very good and the location was convenient. Overall, the hotel was good and comfortable for my stay. The registration process at reception was very slow and we had to wait a long time. There was not enough seating area while waiting and the reception area needs better facilities. Regarding the restaurant staff, while some staff members were good and helpful, most staff behavior should improve as they sometimes made guests feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. The dining area and swimming pool were quite small.

Room wasn’t clean very well. The room service wasn’t as expected! The restaurant is small compared to the large number of guests! Breakfast quality wasn’t as expected! This is maximum three stars hotel, not four!

Cleanliness of the room and good staffs ( suresh in Reception and bell boy aftam very approachable) Breakfast is very limited and small space of the restaurant. The hotel is small for 4 ⭐️

The location, amenities, and the staff. When they confirmed our booking for a 2-bedroom deluxe and called us on the same day to say it was not available and we had to stay in two standard rooms. Although we were given free lunch, we had to be moved twice because the first standard rooms they reserved were smoking rooms. So, we had to wait around an hour again to be assigned to other rooms.

Front desk and restaurant staff are very kind and able to manage to fulfill guest requirements within their boundary. Mr. Amir, Mr. Yusuf from front desk. Mr. Prabhakaran-Manager and chef Mr. Sheik Abdulla (A) Dileep and others were very kind. Pool at roof were maintained neatly and calm. Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa view stunning. Nothing.
