I like the room very clean. Lacking of toothbrush and toothpaste and there is no night swimming.

Latency of check in. We waiting one hour from 5 pm to 6:15 to receive our keys

We booked two rooms and initially requested that they be close to each other so we could easily take care of our children. The management went above and beyond by upgrading the arrangement and providing connected rooms with a suite, which made our stay much more comfortable. Special thanks to the Duty Manager, Iryna, for her assistance and professionalism. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly. We experienced a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the maintenance team responded quickly and resolved it efficiently within 30 minutes. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The location is also excellent, just a short distance from Mall of the Emirates. One thing that truly impressed us was their honesty and care. My child accidentally lost a phone during our stay, and the hotel staff kept it safe and returned it to us promptly. Thank you to Iryna and the entire Grand Cosmopolitan team for making our family stay enjoyable and stress-free. We will definitely return on our next visit to Dubai.

I recently stayed at Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel with my family and had a comfortable overall experience. While the view from the hotel wasn’t particularly impressive, the stay had many positives, including early check-in and late check-out. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the bathroom was large with a separate bathing area and bathtub, which added to the comfort. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout—from reception to housekeeping—making the stay even more pleasant. The highlight was definitely the dinner buffet, with fresh and delicious salads and a wide variety of well-prepared dishes from starters to desserts. Breakfast had fewer options but was still good. Overall, a pleasant family stay with great food and warm hospitality. Lack of restaurants within the hotel.

Parking is rather limited, but they have valet service...No worries as they will park freely for all guest.

There was a long queue at the check in counters, the deputy manager Ms. Hanan handled this professionally and made things exceptionally well and followed up on the next day to ensure a nice stay for the family.

Very friendly staff. The rooms are large, clean, and spotless, including the bathrooms. The manager was very attentive and actively engaged with guests. We were offered complimentary juice at check-in and later received a fruit plate in the room, which was a nice touch. They also accommodated our late check-out request with generous flexibility based on our needs. At check-in, a staff member escorted us to the room and explained how everything works. The hotel provides multipurpose electrical sockets, so there’s no need to carry an adapter. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the metro and Mall of the Emirates, with plenty of restaurants nearby Slow WiFi

Everything was awesome. Every staff was super friendly. Rooms are modern with some cool remote controllers for lights and curtains. We had a big bathroom which was great! Rooftop pool was nice and water was exactly you need to refresh in warm weather. I am only s little afraid that view to Burj Al-Arab will be gone sooner or later due to new building which raises in this direction. Breakfast was amazing, a lot of all kind of meals local and international. Everyone will choose I am pretty sure. I would recommend this hotel and I will really think to stay here again next time in Dubai!
