I was given a free upgrade to a much bigger room and felt very warm welcome. The breakfast was very tasty. Especially would like to thank Ibrahim who was helping to accommodate me, and the whole team was exceptionally nice. Will definitely stay again.

I love Lana, younus, the front office staff and some of the really helpful bellboys.. the location, and the size of the gym and equipments available (however needs the machine to be cleaned around the base due to dirt, sweat and residue). The fact I have to keep asking for my room and they’re gym equipment to be cleaned, and they’re not even wiping down equipments, cabinets, bathtubs, the surfaces or the vacuuming at times, yesterday my bed wasn’t even made even though I specifically asked the cleaning guy on duty to change the sheets, he just towels changed. I have a severe dust allergy, can’t breath and break out in rashes when I’m exposed to dust particles hence why I ask them to clean gym equipment, vacuum and change bed sheets every 2 days. Seems I’m ignored every where, and 3 days I didn’t have a clean, the bathroom floor is actually filthy and I find myself constantly cleaning. I moved already from the 3rd to 5th floor due to renovation dusts and concrete particles flying around the lobby and next my my room the entire floor, for some cleaners it may appear to be tidy, however it’s not clean, dust free!

They have a huge and spacious rooms that can accommodate families like us. Location is great and staff are really friendly.

Friendly staff starting from reception

The staff is extremely helpful, polite and always smiling. Which makes this hotel stands out among its competitors in Al Barsha. The room is clean and quiet. I spent here 5 days and I didn’t hear a voice. No loud staff in the corridor and no other sounds from the street. At my first night I had noisy neighbor next door with very loud music at 1:00AM. It took me one call for the reception to solve the problem. The security came and asked him to be quiet and I slept well afterwards. The room service is very responsive. I didn’t need to wait for more than 3-5 minutes every time I asked for anything. The location is so convenient. I just got out of the metro, walk for 5 minutes and I am already in the hotel. Thank you for making my stay comfortable. I am definitely coming back on my next work trip to Dubai. There’s no open buffet for breakfast. It was surprising for me when I wanted to have breakfast in the premises. The waiter there informed that there is on a la carte, and I couldn’t choose. The only option provided for breakfast was poor, so I needed to have breakfast outside the next days. You may not count on breakfast here, but this wasn’t a problem for me as Al Barsha is rich in places when you can have good food.
