The room smelled really bad, there was bed bugs, a yellow chair sat next to the bed had ugly black spots on it, it was also infested with bed bugs. I was given another room, that room too smelled really bad the chair had stains, the curtains had holds and mold on them. I immediately left demanding a full refund, which I haven't gotten. Nothing

Sent us to a clean hotel. And give us a full refund

The door had been forced open and wasn't fully repaired.

The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and there was no door knob on the door. No Kleenex in the room. 1 tiny bar of soap for both the sink and shower. Cigarette burns in the bedspread. Windows were filthy. Walls in the bathroom were dirty. Said continental breakfast but that wasn’t there. They didn’t even have coffee and there was no coffee pot in the room

Everything including the staff, which was rude and didn't honor as advertised not only on booking.com website but also in the lobby and the website that breakfast was included with my stay which is what prompted me to choose this place. Staff was rude, I'm totally disappointed and will not ever stay with any days in and will not continue to use booking.com

The bed was comfortable First room was dirty with a used smelly dappier on side table which made room smell. Got a room change to the ground floor which we requested initially on checking in. Also it took a long time before anyone came to the front desk to check us in. The pool was dirty and unusable and there was no breakfast which we had paid for, very disappointing ? the landing to all rooms had rubbish and furniture dumped outside.

I liked how they moved me to another room to accommodate my stay. I didn’t like that my heat wasn’t working when I first arrived but I didn’t get upset I went to the front desk and informed the gentleman and he immediately fixed the issue.

The rate was decent the beds was comfortable The fridge was filthy. The walkway to the room was littered with boots and chairs from migrant workers sitting outside smoking felt unsafe screws on locks missing will not return. Had to wait a couple hours after scheduled check in time because they only had 1 room cleaner and after waiting ended up not getting room type I booked because they still had not cleaned it. Mexicans walking around all night outside rooms and to top it all off although they say free breakfast between 6-9 there was not even a free cup of coffee available

Some disrepair in the room— lights not working, loud toilet flush, paint stripped in spots.

They have a $50 deposit , i had to pay it since it was a non refundable room. Not only did they put that on my card they charged my card 3 more times @$54.55. Still waiting on refunds

There’s free WiFi and I had no issues with keeping my room warm with temperatures getting to 44 degrees There was damage to the dresser and side table next to the desk there was used soap left in the shower the shower floor was stained I found snot stuck to the side of the bed I honestly don’t think they cleaned the room more like they just remade the bed and added towels and there’s no phone in the room or a hairdryer

I asked non-smoking room, he put us in a room reeking of smoke. He said most people smoke in Dothan. Then he put us in a room with ripped curtain shears, dirty windows. The hotel had NO security doors - no breakfast, he lied about available coffee.
