Clean The booking stated that breakfast was included. However, when we went to breakfast, the only option was to pay. I don’t mind paying for it, but on my way to Disney, I was looking for an option to save money instead of paying for an extra breakfast when the booking clearly says it was included.

Really nice, comfortable, clean and the front desk clerk was nice and even gave us a free room upgrade.

Checked in at about 11:00 PM. Room temp was 61 & AC was still pushing out cold air. I re-set unit to heat & 72. Woke up at 3:30 AM “sweating like a dog.”. Who in heaven’s name keeps their home that cold?

Asst General Manager says at check-in that Elevators are in scheduled maintenance and have to use stairs to 3rd Floor. He says that Mariott is aware of the issue and not thair fault for not making guest aware! No courtesy breakfast,etc.

The room was dirty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned in awhile. The ceiling was dusty from the A/C vents. The shower floor was filthy. Parts of the shower were broken. In addition, the water glasses in the room had dirt inside. The elevator was not working during our stay so we had to use the stairs to transport our luggage. We stayed there out of necessity. We had very little options.
