Hyatt Regency Deerfield

The furniture in the lobby and the room was dirty, there was no microwave in the room (there was 1 on each floor though) the refrigerator was not cold, and the room was dark the lighting was very low.

Great breakfast buffet. Hosts were kind.

Hotel is very outdated, rooms are very dark and bed sheets are older than my great grandmother. I was there for 5 nights my Room phone didn’t work the whole time eve thought I informed the front desk 3 times I had a group of 15 people so we had to use our personal phones to comunícate with each others which the WiFi service was poor to none. Very little Bathroom amenities had to ask ask for shower caps every day. Not every floor had a ice machine and the microwave in the vending room was poorly kept. When booking hotel was not offered breakfast package.

Our room was clean and modern, very comfortable for our one night stay! Breakfast was tasty and staff pleasantly helpful. We’ll definitely return again to this Hyatt when traveling in the Chicago Area.

While staying there . I caught a ring worm infection either from the sheets or towels provided . I’m not happy with that my skin has been damaged .

The building is built like a giant U shape and both our rooms ended up to be at the furthest opposite side of the building also, that suck. The building is very inconvenient as there are no side doors for access, you can only enter through the lobby. We rented through Expedia and chose the breakfast buffet, thats an extra $9, original price would be $19. Breakfast is served like dinning service. There's 2 servers getting whatever you want to drink and bus the tables. The breakfast was nice.

Rooms were spacious and cleaned very y. Will absolutely stay there again soon

I wouldn’t recommend staying at this Hyatt if you can help it.

I would have given this hotel a 5-star rating, but unfortunately our room was extremely hot. No matter how many times we adjusted the air conditioning, the room still felt like a sauna. Overall, the cleanliness and the kindness of most of the staff made for a good experience, but the room temperature issue was a major downside.

Extremely clean rooms, staff was super helpful and very friendly! Would easily recommend here!!

Just add a door on the shower enclosure

Bed was fairly comfortable temperature was ok not a great thermostat Staff was nice Pillows way to small . I prefer foam also Bath shower towels to small Toilet paper yuk

Was very clean and nice. Jordan was very helpful. She was so sweet and polite. Nothing.

The room was bigger than expected and relatively comfortable. The lobby was crowded and noisy.

Amazing staff!

This is a very nice hotel overall. We were impressed with the rooms which were renovated in 2019. They are spacious and modern. We didn't use the pool or gym. We had a drink at the bar which was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. There aren't many amenities to walk to in the area. You need a car.

Last minute reservation and the front desk lady was super friendly.

The property is nice and the staff is phenomenal. I’ve always preferred Hyatt only issue was the extreme smell of marijuana it was potent I know that’s not in the properties control but the huge gap under the room door allowed for the smell to travel in other than that excellent place to stay and a lot of parking
