Chicago Marriott Suites Deerfield

The cleaning crew were not doing the best job. We asked to refill our soap for 3 days and only got it in our last day. One day they only left us one towel for 2 people. There is a construction going on the main floor and dust and dirt is everywhere. They did not clean our floors at all, even though it was pretty dirty. Other than that it was ok

Great customer service, very clean , big room

The bed sheets look dirty at times.. and this has not been my first time there. Just didn't want to review it but at times there's stains that look like mold.

Watch the windows in the suites. They leak like crazy. Had a waterfall in my room.

The front desk was very helpful and cheerful when checking in/out. The suite we booked looked just like the photos, and the lobby was very comfortable to be in without feeling like we were in the way or exposed. We weren't able to pay for additional amenities with a different form of payment that wasn't charged to the room. For example, breakfast and the bar.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was great. The place was clean. The food was good.The overall stay was excellent. Will definitely stay again. Thanks

Very pretty facility. Our room was great. The bed was terrific. The coffee in the room was delicious. Staff was very nice. Everything was top notch, except for my breakfast. I ordered my eggs over easy and they came scrambled. My toast was cold and I didn’t get any jam. I did not send them back.

Shower hadn’t been wiped down good enough. Looked like hair dye on it. Came off with wash cloth. Found lots of black hairs throughout room. My wife has blonde hair, I am bald.

The staff was very helpful

Clean and updated. Only issues occurred were specific to the room it’s self. The room was humid and the water pressure in the shower was lacking.

The hotel was very nice, bed comfy, nice bar area. It is in the middle of a suburban area so it very quiet on a Saturday evening. We were charged an extra $10 fee randomly though that I am investigating.

Room was very clean and spacious. Excellent location and quiet. Staff were wonderful.

Nice place. Stayed there on a few different occasions.

Tv in the room didn’t work for local tv or for Netflix. It was rendered useless. The bartender was not very present at the bar because he was busy running room service. I waited at the bar close to 10 min before going to the front desk to ask if there was a bartender because I didn’t see any employee activity and the front desk advised me to just wait a min. The drinks were pretty good. The room was great. Spacious and clean. Tv is kinda vital for some entertainment
