We loved everything about our stay

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. They have an amazing breakfast. Mostly we enjoyed hanging out at the pool dinking frozen drinks, meeting other vacationers, the bar service there was great, so friendly and delicious drinks. Just an overall good feeling trip!!

Very nice and clean room really spacious. The front desk staff was friendly. Only issue you have to pay for parking every night.

I can’t say enough nice things about this property!! The rooms were clean. The pool area was always picked up. The staff was amazing. They have a bar set up by the pool most days of the week. There are games to play poolside. They have a shuttle that takes you to local restaurants so you don’t have to drive or worry about Uber. The valet gentleman were polite and efficient. We plan on making this a yearly trip with Embassy.

Rooms are spacious and clean. It's right on the beach, and you can walk (less than a mile) to all the restaurants.

I booked this property thinking it will be nice getaway for the weekend. At time of booking I requested a crib in the room as well as high floor, nothing acknowledged at check in, so I had to ask again for the crib and my requests. The room not to even talk about out. I booked a sunset view and room was facing the wall on the lowest floor. When I asked to move the rooms the front desk agent told me she needs to speak to a manager even though she told me first that they are sold out for the night but then decided to charge me for an upgrade fee, which I saw at check out. No pool service, but you pay for a resort fee, just for you to get towels. Family friendly, I do not think so for toddlers or babies, because there is no one to assist or even offer help with luggage. I had to search for a bell cart and even when I asked to check in first, the valet guy told me to go park first and then I can use an elevator and park on a 2nd floor, again keep in mind I have a baby in the car.
