Very clean and comfortable room

Let me tell you that this place was the absolute best. Everything about it was excellent!! The young man at the check-in desk. Top notch! He gave the best welcoming experience at the front desk. Made my husband and I feel so welcomed at right at home. The amenities were superb. We'll be back! It was a beautiful Father's Day Weekend! Thank you.

Family owned and amazing! Everyone is extremely friendly. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and sunscreen are all complementary to use. Room was beautiful and updated. Highly recommended and I will be staying there again.

This is a renovated older motel with a lot of charm. What we liked: * Excellent customer service * Clean room, sheets, and towels * Very comfortable bed * Spacious room with a kitchen and table * Great amenities that made you feel like you were visiting family. They had floats, sunscreen left by other guests, and clean, thick beach towels available to borrow. * Parking was right outside the room—no long walks from a parking garage. * Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, just one block from the beach. * The pool was very clean, and we enjoyed a swim before bed. A small downside: The patios could use some attention. They had Several patios but they had quite a bit of debris on the chairs, and it just was not an inviting place to. The pool area was clean. Overall, we would definitely stay here again for a 2–3 day getaway.

Perfect location for a Florida beach getaway. The beach is just a short walk away, with lifeguards on duty, and the property provides beach chairs, towels, and sunscreen, making beach days easy and enjoyable. There's also a small outdoor pool for relaxing. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, friendly, responsive, and helpful. The property is a bit older and could use some updating and extra attention to detail in terms of cleanliness, but overall it offers great value in a fantastic location.

It's always a good place to be near the beach and shops in the area. The owner is very responsive and welcoming.

Needs some paint and upgrades

The unit was immaculate with new linens, comfortable bed/pillows. The location is a very short walk from the beach. Complimentary waters in a cooler by the pool. Adorable outdoor kitty. wifi wasn’t great, bathroom soap was very low quality, the room safe was locked shut, the bathroom needs some hardware/vanity replacements, as it has been damaged by moisture. The street signage needs replacement, as well. The street noise is audible from inside the unit, as are voices from anyone outside by the pool.

Good facilities with fridge, microwave tea coffee. Walking distance to beach and short Uber from train station. Nice pool
