This is outrageous and a massive health hazard.. It looks very bad on Hotels.com also for allowing this service and treatment of who are basically your guests. In fact epoxy can cause massive issues as noted on health websites. 'Inhaling epoxy resin fumes can be dangerous, potentially causing respiratory irritation, headaches, and chemical sensitization. I don't think we should be charged the whole amount for this stay. It was not what was advertised and with the conditions being so bad we feel we should be credited for the stay or at least one day of the stay. What LowL have offered is basically insulting

The pool could use daily cleaning. Would be nice to have a property manager on premises and give the place a little life- maybe some music by the pool. The door lock is tricky esp when no one is physically around to help- its a code access- I got locked out a couple of time and had to call the number, I was told what to do but then hung up on. Despite all of that- I would still stay again because of the excellent location.

I can say that the location is great, but the setting is quite ugly; there is no reception, no one there to provide any support, and the place is a bit dirty—though the location is excellent. It's quite different from the photos on the internet.

Room was filled with roaches,smeared across walls and ceiling, grounds unkept, staff doesn't speak english, spilled detergent on floor infront of machine, not handicapped accessible or considerate of handicapped with leg amputee refused to put on main level,fuse blew everytome the cracked taped hairdryer turned on,ppl swimming in pool all hours of night,was moved to another hotel far from beach, filthy floors, filthy room

Lots of insects and mosquitoes inside and out of property

This facility was a dump & there are no on-site employees to help with any issues. Mold in the shower & on the bathroom walls. Bed was broken & the mattress for the pull out is waffer thin. Also be AWARE animals/pets are allowed in the rooms so of course my unit smelled like cat urine. OVERALL would never recommend using Expedia or to stay at Beachside Gardens Apartments by Lowkl. Customer service is not these companies prioritizes.

Had such a blast!!!

Amenities: The pool area and pool itself was poorly maintained and needs some upgrades. The water was clean, but the pool floor was in bad shape and there were leaves and debris all over the deck of the pool. It was a bit of a mess. There are no other real amenities to speak of and in my opinion it would have been nice if the property had some pool floats and beach chairs to borrow (I bought two and left them there). The room: The actual room was pretty nice. Definitely older and has some minor blemishes, but it had a nice couch (pullout), dining area, comfortable queen bed, and a equipped kitchen with full size fridge. Tiny bathroom, but great water pressure and very clean. Ceiling fan was a nice treat and the AC was cold! Small parking lot, but plenty of spaces for the units. Staff: There was no staff on site (as shared in the listing), but they were very responsive and friendly via text throughout my stay. I have stayed at many of these budget motels in Deerfield and this was fine, but not the best I have seen. Location could not be beat, though! Beach side and next to all the great restaurants and shops in DB. For the price, I was satisfied, but will likely stay at my go to property- Ocean Villas- next time.

Location was ideal and parking was good.

I like that the room actually came with a lot of cooking pans as well as utensils, if I knew I would’ve gone grocery shopping first! It just would’ve been nice to have been able to stay there longer.

Perfect location, a block from the beach and a couple of blocks from shops and restaurants. The room was clean.

This was definitely NOT a 1 bdrm. There was a rail between the 2 bed areas but no curtain so no privacy. Floors and surfaces of furniture were dirty and sticky. The fold out bed was REALLY flimsy and uncomfortable. We requested early/late check out but were told a flat no. The AC unit was patched up and barely lodged in the window and was NOISY. The check-in process was a disaster. Such a huge disappointment.

Close to beach and restaurants. Old but updated. Hot shower(better than my last 2 Hilton stays).

Clean and close to beaches Was without a TV for two days waited for someone to show up that never did I came back one afternoon and there was a remote in my room, which I did not want anybody in there. Also was up all night from people outside my room partying all night till six in the a.m. which I have multiple recordings to the night and also happened the next night. An older woman. There was very upset and said she tried to get a hold of Management and they said call the cops I would expect some type of credit for having not such a good stay with no sleep. I ended up having to yell at them at three in the morning the following night.

The request for an electrical repair was handled in a timely manner. There is a TV, but we could not find a way to operate it. The AC unit was near the bed and loud so we shut it off to sleep. We loved sitting outside for coffee near the pool. It was very peaceful and we appreciate you running such an affordable apartment.

The location was terrific. The air conditioning was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep.

The place was loaded with cockroaches. I killed 5 while I was there. I requested them to come and spray 2 days in a row. They were supposed to come and never showed up. They did nothing to rectify the situation. I think I should get a refund. I've never had such a horrible vacation in my life.
