Studio 6 Dallas, TX – Fair Park

I love this place, exactly as its described, clean, was able to sleep (No weird noises) family friendly recommended. Couple of restaurants near by, snack place near by. No weed smells inside/outside the place (at least while I was there). I definitely come back. Hotel has vending machine water/cokes/chips & cookies - great for midnight snack. Well Lighting in/out the hotel. Just make sure to softly close the room doors otherwise it sounds like slams.. Cleaning & receiption staff very helpful.

Everything was up tight

No nonsense place to stay. Staff were lovely and was really handy having the washing machine and dryer

My husband's truck was one of 4 that was broken into. The front desk clerk could of cared less in helping them. No manager was available until 10 am to help with camera footage. A manager should have come in sooner to help with this MASSIVE situation. We will not be back

The facility is new and well maintained. There are no hairdryers. For a non-smoking facility, it smelled like weed inside and out of the building. That would be the only drawback to this place.

I booked the handicapped room being that I use a cane and have trouble walking far, they changed the room when I got there. In our room there was something on the floor that kept making our feet slide, wax or something, I very lucky I did not fall

First of all as much money as I spent staying there the day I checked out I requested a late check out and they granted it. When I took off work to go check out the front desk guy informed me that their housekeeping staff had already left for the day and he was going to charge me $50 out of the $100 deposit they request upon check-in. I told the guy that was not my problem or responsibility and how could they charge me for something I had no control over? He was just a real uncooperative and there was no reasoning with him. It's a scam all indians from india or surrounding places that own, operate or work at a hotel try to squeeze every fricking penny out of you. They were not booked solid and they guy could have mentioned this on the phone call when I spoke to him before I got there. He did nothing. Lazy as heck! Their maids took some items out of my room while cleaning it and I feel like it was just an all around scam. I will never in my life stay at another Studio 6 or Motel 6. Bad business.

Comfortable room. Older front desk woman basically held my girlfriend hostage and wouldn't let her come to my room. Didn't see them doing that to anyone else.One particular housekeeper did some Karen sh!t as welI while I was checking out but not surprised how foreigners treat people like me. Black

The shower had lukewarm warm water, there were little ants ? around the ac unit, the comforter smell like sex, and I turned temp up on ac unit to 78 and it made choke not sure if it was carbon monoxide or what! It was nice in appearance and looked clean but there are some issues there especially when your comforter stanks? Just the things I already listed above

This place is definitely a favorite of mines. Very clean. Large rooms are a plus.

Due to food allergies, I need to cook my own meals so I find accommodations with a kitchen. Check in was very friendly with a kind, helpful woman. The hotel seemed so newly built that it looked like I was the first guest in the room I stayed in. Immaculately clean room. It’s a no-frills type of place so don’t expect free coffee or breakfast in the lobby. I had a great stay other than some very noises neighbors during the night who felt the need to keep slamming their doors. When I checked out, the male employee was not so friendly but not a real big deal. Clean, comfortable hotel at a super price (about $100 via a 3rd party site May 2026)

Hotel overall was clean and located near a lot of restaurants. Would book again
