Motel 6 Dallas, TX - Fair Park

Lots of homeless people hanging in the lobby all day and night. The staff was super nice. The room I had didn’t deadbolt, and there was at least an inch or more of space under the door. I could hear everything.

The hotel was under construction. The room we got didn't have a safety latch and the AC was broken the window was broken too. The lobby was dirty there was a dirty bed mattress against the wall as soon as you exited the elevator in the second floor. A lot of doors walking to our room had a big X. We didn't have toilet paper in our restroom and the plugs to connect our phones didn't work. I couldn't connect my laptop to complete work. I asked to change rooms and the receptionist told me to ask for a refund with the third party where i booked. She did not try to help the situation never booking here again. It was my first time in Dallas I didn't know where to go. I had my two toddlers with me. Safety and comfortability was a necessity.

Easy access to the freeway. Not far from downtown. Bed and furniture looks clean just old. This is an older property and it’s extremely noticeable. It’s a bit outdated; it has usb ports but not usb-c. The toilet didn’t flush. The carpet in the hallways need to be replaced ASAP. I’m sure the place has been cleaned but since it’s so worn down it’s hard to tell.

Everything was great.

I could watch whatever I wanted, room was clean. The toilet wouldn't flush when I first got here. After, I borrowed the plunger it worked fine. The ice machine was broke. No microwave, should be an amminitie even if it is just in the lobby. The afternoon clerk came to see if I was going to pay when I had already paid online with booking. I also it already checked it to the hotel so there's no reason for him to come check. Other than that my stay was great and if I had to come back I would this is a Jesus name that I pray, amen

The room was nice The people and staff make a lot of disruptive loud noise even late at night. The walls and floors are so thin you can hear through them.

Close to highway People hung out there. It smelled bad. Very outdated. Customer service thought it was funny that I requested towels for two people and clean sheets. They took upon themselves to ask me to verbalize the request

The whole staff is very nice and respectful. Very helpful. Manager give me a king size room even though I paid for a queen room. Hotel is clean

I love my stay.Newly Renovated Rooms.

One of the things I actually liked about my stay there was it was close to the highway. The other is it was close to restaurants. What I didn't like about this place was you could tell that the room was old. There were cracks in the base board and wasn't very clean. Also the television didn't work. It would come on but I wasn't able to watch anything because there wasn't a remote to turn the channels. I notified the office but nothing was done about it.
