A lot of unexpected fees and overpriced items. The property was very nice and clean. I was not given the reservation that I had requested, nor was I offered a discount because they didn’t honor that reservation.

Overall we had a good experience. We enjoyed the water park area a lot, which was our main reason for booking at Hilton Anatole. Our room was outdated and had a musty smell, the bathroom had no ventilation which made the room feel humid, this was a first for us, every hotel we have stayed at has a working vent in the bathroom.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river. We asked to switch our room from the tower to the atrium to be near friends and they were very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was good sized, very clean, and the beds were super comfy. Water park was clean and not packed and there were attentive lifeguards. Numerous options for food and drinks on the property. Food was delicious.
